#Comizidamore: dalle ceneri del @pdnetwork, una nuova Sinistra italiana ed europea #napolitanobis

Lo scrivevo in un articolo di qualche settimana fa: il PD, prima o poi, doveva fare i conti con la propria identità confusa, indefinita, a tratti irritante. E ciò è avvenuto. Ma nel modo peggiore: durante le votazioni per il Presidente della Repubblica. E ad "uccidere" il partito non è stata solo l'area renziana, ma anche quella bersaniana.

Ma è accaduto un qualcosa di molto peggiore dell'eterno scontro tra ex democristiani ed ex comunisti: in un momento socio-economico-democratico difficilissimo per il Paese, il PD si è diviso in varie correnti - tutte in lotta tra loro - che, chiuse nelle buie stanze del palazzo, hanno "bruciato" Marini e tradito Prodi - il fondatore del PD, il suo più autorevole esponente - pur di non darla vinta alla corrente avversaria. Tutto questo, In barba ai problemi del Paese, in barba al volere dei propri militanti ed elettori - che a gran voce invocavano l'elezione di Stefano Rodotà - in barba anche al leato alleato, quella Sel a cui è stata tesa una trappola indegna, nel meschino tentativo di farla apparire come "traditrice" di Prodi, coprendo così le proprie magagne.

E, badate, non servirà cambiare Bersani con Renzi, o cambiare la Finocchiaro con Richetti: ciò che rende il PD inadeguato e pronto ad esplodere in qualsiasi momento è - ripeto - la sua natura confusa, che frena la sua azione politica, il suo proporre all'opinione pubblica programmi che si identifichino chiaramente in uno schieramento conservatore o progressista.

Intanto, Sel ha - ovviamente - rotto i rapporti con questo PD, più interessato a sopravvivere che a rendersi utile per risolvere i guai dell'Italia. E Vendola, dopo aver detto di no a Napolitano e aver votato Rodotà, ha annunciato una prossima assemblea romana (per l'8 maggio) in cui iniziare a costruire il percorso per una "sinistra larga, popolare, di governo". "Non una nuova sinistra arcobaleno", ha precisato Vendola.

Non so bene di cosa si discuterà in quell'assemblea, ma sono certo di una cosa: serve una sinistra senza "centro" davanti né che si trascini appresso minoritarismi di testimonianza mortali per ogni ambizione politica e di governo. Una sinistra laica e moderna, antiliberista ed ecologista, che metta i diritti umani in cima ai suoi programmi politici. Serve una sinistra che sopravviva ai suoi dirigenti perché la sinistra è un qualcosa di molto più grande e nobile delle biografie di 2-3 leader politici e dei relativi partiti: la sinistra è la voce coraggiosa della disperazione che si incanala in una affascinante esperienza umana e quindi politica. La sinistra è, e deve essere, di proprietà del popolo.

La sinistra, come scrivevo qualche settimana fa, ha una tripla responsabilità in più rispetto alla destra: oltre a governare il presente, deve immaginare e costruire il futuro. E deve rendersi conto che la sua sconfitta è quella degli strati più deboli ed emarginati della popolazione. Deve capire che è quantomeno delittuoso lasciare costoro in balìa delle perversioni conservatrici della destra. Perché ovunque manchi sinistra, manca l'eguaglianza, il rispetto dei diritti umani e il rispetto verso il pianeta che ci ospita.

Serve coraggio. Servono esami di coscienza. Serve guardarsi in faccia. Ma questo non debbono farlo solo i nostri dirigenti politici: abbiamo il dovere di farlo anche noi semplici militanti. A partire dal chiedere onestà, competenza e coraggio. Coraggio nel difendere l'identità di sinistra, certo, ma anche nel non avere paura di indicare orizzonti che valichino i confini nazionali, perché il futuro della nostra civiltà si decide sempre di più fuori dall'Italia. E con questo non indico solo una probabile adesione al Partito Socialista Europeo da parte di Sel o del prossimo soggetto politico che verrà, ma anche una incisiva sterzata delle politiche europee, attraverso azioni politiche che vedano l'ambiente, il lavoro e i diritti umani farla da padrone. Perché l'Europa è nata e prosperata così, e sta morendo proprio perché ha sotterrato questi valori.

Sinistra, esci fuori, alla luce del sole. Non avere paura né della tua nobile identità né del tuo popolo. I tuoi comizi d'amore sono abbracci passionali alla vita e alla democrazia. Il futuro t'appartiene.

From the ashes of the PD, a new Italian and European left wing

I wrote it in an article a few weeks ago: the PD, sooner or later, had to come to terms with its confused, indefinite, sometimes irritating identity. And it happened. But in the worst of ways: during the votation for the President of the Republic. And to kill the party wasn't just the Renzi area, but also the Bersani area.

But something happened that was even worse than the eternal clash between ex demochristians and ex communists: in an extremely difficult socio-economical-democratical momento for the country, the PD has divided itself into various currents - all fighting each other - which, closed in the dark rooms of the palace, have "burnt" Marini and betrayed Prodi - the founder of the PD, its most authoritative exponent - just to avoid letting the opposite side win. All of this, regardless of the problems of the country, regardless of the desires of the voters - who invoked the election of Stefano Rodotà - and even regardless of the loyal ally, that SEL who has been prepared a trap in the attempt to make it appear as the traitor of Prodi, in the attempt to cover up the mistakes.

And it won't be enough to change Bersani with Renzi, or change Finocchiaro with Richetti: what makes the PD inadequate and ready to explode at any time is - I repeat - its confused nature, that slows down its political action, its proposing to the public opinion of programs that can be clearly identified in a conservative or progressist wing.

In the meanwhile SEL has - obviously - shut down the relationships with this PD, more interested in surviving than making itself useful to solve Italy's problems. And Vendola, after saying no to Napolitano and voting Rodotà, has announced a future Rome assembly for the 8th of May, in which to start building a path for a "large, popular, governamental left wing". "Not a new rainbow left", Vendola has made it clear.

I don't know what exactly will be discussed in that meeting, but I am certain of one thing: we need a left without a "center" in front of it, and that doesn't have testimony minorities that are deadly for every political ambition. A secular, modern left wing, antiliberist and ecologist, that can put human rights at the top of its political programs. We need a left that can survive its leaders because the left wing is something much bigger and more noble than the biographies of 2 - 3 political leaders and their parties: the left is the brave voice of despair that is channeled in a fascinating human, and thus political experience. The left is, and must be, property of the people.

The left wing, as I wrote a few weeks ago, has the triple responsibility the right wing has: beyond leading the present, it must immagine and build the future. And it must realize that its defeat is the one of the weakest parts of the population. It must understand that it is a crime to leave them at the hand of the conservative perversions of the right. Because where the left is missing, equality, respect of human rights and respect for the planet we live on lack as well.

We need courage. We need to analyze our consciences. We need to look at ourselves in the mirror: but not only our political leaders: we, simple activists must do the same. And start by asking for honesty, competence and courage. Courage to defend the left wing identity, of course, but also not being afraid of indicating horizons that go beyond the national borders, because the future of our civilization is more and more decided outside of Italy. And I don't only indicate a probable adesion to the European Socialist Party on behalf of SEL or the next political party we'll have, but also an important move in European politics, through political actions that see the environment, jobs and human rights as protagonists in the game. Because Europe was born and was prospered that way, and it's dying because it has forgotten those values.

Left wing, go out in the light of the sun. Don't be afraid of your noble identity or of your people. Your loving assemblies are passional hugs to life and democracy. The future is yours.

Il @pdnetwork, @sinistraelib e il sogno di una sinistra europea

In questi giorni si è molto parlato della probabile, prossima, "fusione" tra Sel e il Pd.

I primi vogliono «riaprire la partita» (cit. Vendola) definitivamente, creando quel contenitore politico che coniughi l'identità di sinistra e l'indispensabile vocazione governativa, che non renda l'attività politica solo un mero atto di testimonianza; i secondi, almeno la parte più a sinistra, sentono sempre di più la necessità di sganciarsi da quella sinistra... sinistra renziana, sempre più ingombrante a livello ideologico e strategico.

Perché, non nascondiamocelo: questo è un Paese messo come è messo perché negli ultimi vent'anni è mancata la sinistra. La sinistra che c'è stata e che c'è, si è sempre divisa tra quella (finta) riformista e quella elitaria, confusa e irrilevante, la cosiddetta «sinistra estrema». La nascita di SEL ha rotto quello schema e in questi ultimi 2 anni e mezzo abbiamo assistito ad un cambiamento reale: in città come Milano, Cagliari, Rieti, Genova e in regioni come la Puglia, Sel è stata in grado di ribaltare il grande PD e di eleggere a capo di queste città e di quella grande regione del Sud un proprio amministratore.

Ma, alla prova del voto, la sinistra è stata falcidiata: il PD, dato dai sondaggi oltre il 32%, si è ritrovato al 25%, la sinistra fuori dal centrosinistra è definitivamente scomparsa e Sel si è scoperta piccolina: col 3% dei voti (e il relativo spazio mediatico, quasi nullo) non si va molto avanti e non si riesce, pur con tutta la buona volontà, a raccogliere il necessario consenso utile ai grandi cambiamenti di cui necessita questo Paese. Stesso discorso vale per il PD: con una natura così incerta e destabilizzante, con una dirigenza così spaccata e spesso inaffidabile, non si fa il bene della sinistra e quindi quello del Paese.

Inutile dire che è arrivato il momento delle scelte, è arrivato il momento del coraggio. Ma non è detto che questo cambiamento arrivi domani: questi processi richiedono calma, pazienza, riflessioni approfondite che evitino pasticci difficili da correggere, poi. Pasticci che ammazzerebbero definitivamente quel barlume di speranza che ancora resiste nei confronti dell'identità di sinistra. Ecco perché serve ragionare su chi siamo, su cosa vogliamo fare e su dove vogliamo andare. Perché il punto, guardate, non è SEL o il PD. Non è Vendola o Bersani, ma un qualcosa di molto più grande: la sinistra e quindi il destino di milioni di persone che chiedono a gran voce di essere rappresentate degnamente. Quando la sinistra fallisce, non c'è solo la sconfitta di un partito e della sua relativa classe dirigente: avviene la sconfitta della classe operaia, dei poveri, degli emarginati. Dobbiamo renderci conto di avere una responsabilità addosso doppia, se non tripla, rispetto alla destra: noi oltre a governare il presente, dobbiamo immaginare e costruire il futuro. Ecco a cosa servono i progressisti, la sinistra.

Nel frattempo, sognare non costa nulla. Chissà se, finalmente, potremo avere nel nostro Paese un vero partito di sinistra, senza «centro» davanti né «estrema» dietro, che faccia della giustizia sociale, della parità dei diritti, dell'ambientalismo e della laicità i suoi tratti fondanti. Un partito che abbia anche una indispensabile collocazione europea, che non potrebbe non essere quella del PSE. Un partito che si candidi alla guida del Paese senza fare inutili giri di parole sulle alleanze né abbia paura di mettere sulla bilancia dell'azione politica la propria gloriosa identità. Una identità che, alla fine, è il megafono di chi è così emarginato da non avere voce e speranza.

Sinistra, ridiventa straccio e che il più povero ti sventoli.

SEL, the PD and the dream of an European left wing

These days there's been a lot of talk about the probable future fusion of SEL and PD.

The first want to reopen the game definitely, creating that political box that can mix the leftwing identity and the indispensable governmental vocation, which allows the political activity to be more than a mere act of testimony; the latter, at least the part that is more on the left, feel more and more the need to get rid of that Renzi connected left, which is growing more and more uncomfortable at an ideologic and strategic level.

Because, let's not hide it: this country is how it is because during the last few years the left wing has been absent. The left wing that was there and that is here now, has always been divided between the fake reformist and the elitary, confused and irrilevant one, the so called "extreme left wing". The birth of SEL has broken this pattern and during these last two years and a half we've seen a real change: in cities like Milan, Cagliari, Rieti, Genua and in regions like Puglia, SEL has been capable to overthrow the great PD and elect as heads of these cities and that great region of the South one of its own administrators.

But, at the votes, the left wing has been cut down: the PD, which the polls gave at over 32%, found itself with 25%, the left outside the centerleft has disappeared entirely and SEL found out it's truly small: with 3% of votes (and the relative media space, almost nothing), you don't go very far and you can't manage, in spite of all the good will, to collect the consensus that is useful to the great changes this country needs. Same thing for PD: with such an uncertain and destabilizing nature, with a direction that is so shattered and often unreliable, you don't do the good of the left wing, nor the good of the country.

Useless to say that we're at the moment of choices, and the moment of courage is here. But it doesn't mean this change will come tomorrow: these processes require calm, patience, in depth reflexions that will avoid difficult to correct errors later. Problems that would definitely kill the last spark of hope that still remains towards the identity of the left. That's why we need to think about who we are, what we want to do and where we want to go.

La Sinistra torna in #Parlamento (ma nessuno ne parla)

Mentre i grandi media s'affannano a rincorrere apriscatole e altre perversioni fanatiche grilline; ad osservare le facce tristi dei montiani, la Santanché che arriva in bicicletta a Montecitorio e il baciamano di Casini alla Finocchiaro, è passato sotto silenzio il ritorno della sinistra in Parlamento.

Ebbene sì, con i 45 parlamentari di Sinistra Ecologia Libertà, tante istanze - dai diritti lgbtq alla tutela dell'ambiente, passando per il reddito minimo garantito - ora possono trovare voce nel luogo per eccellenza della nostra democrazia: il Parlamento.

Queste sono le prime 8 proposte di legge depositate oggi da Sinistra Ecologia Libertà nel suo primo giorno di vita parlamentare:

- Legge per riconoscimento della cittadinanza ai bimbi stranieri nati in Italia.
- Legge contro le dimissioni in bianco.
- Legge per la ripubblicizzazione del sistema idrico integrato.
- Legge sull'agricoltura sociale.
- Legge per i matrimoni gay.
- Legge per la tutela del paessaggio e la bellezza del territorio.
- Legge anticorruzione per la modifica art.416 ter codice penale.
- Legge che istituisca anche in Italia il reddito minimo garantito. *

* Il reddito minimo garantito si differenzia dal reddito di cittadinanza (proposto dal M5S) perché il reddito di cittadinanza prevede il pagamento di un reddito prestabilito (1000 euro, secondo le promesse di Grillo) a tutti i cittadini, aldilà se abbiano un impiego o meno. Come capirete, sarebbe molto costoso e quindi improponibile sotto ogni punto di vista (secondo alcuni economisti ci costerebbe 20 punti di PIL!). Il reddito minimo garantito, invece, è uno strumento sociale presente in tutti i Paesi UE (tranne Italia, Grecia e Polonia) che permette, a chi non ha un'occupazione, di avere una soglia minima di reddito (secondo la proposta di SEL, che riprende quella di TILT, la soglia minima sarebbe di 600 euro). SEL ha raccolto le firme per questa proposta di legge, eppure - sui media - è passata l'idea che a fare una proposta del genere fosse stato solo Grillo (che invece parla d'altro e non di reddito minimo garantito). Una evidente stortura del nostro sistema d'informazione, sempre pronto a salire sul carro del vincitore più che interessato a scovare e rendere visibile verità e meriti non sempre visibili ad occhio nudo.

Quelle 8 proposte sopra sono un sogno? No, ma qualcosa che gli si avvicina: la sinistra. Una sinistra degna di tale nome che, tentando di coniugare identità e necessaria esperienza di governo, si è guadagnata l'accesso alle Aule parlamentari. Eppure di tutto questo, sui grandi media, non se ne sente parlare. Interi servizi dei telegiornali o dei talk-show politici interamente dedicati ai "fantastici" grillini, paladini del bene, e neanche un servizio per rendere onore a personaggi come Laura Boldrini, Giorgio Airaudo, Giulio Marcon e tanti/e altri/e eletti di Sel, l'unica formazione di sinistra presente in Parlamento. Sia chiaro, comprendo che il fenomeno grillino sia l'argomento del momento, ma credo che alla fine - una informazione all'altezza - debba concentrarsi di più su proposte e contenuti, più che su polemiche e voyeurismi deprecabili.

In ogni caso, faccio notare che mentre c'è chi si occupa di rimborsi elettorali (i costi della politica vanno comunque ridotti e regolamentati; ma corruzione, evasione e criminalità organizzata sono le vere metastasi del Paese) e dei bicchieri da etichettare col proprio nome, c'è qualcuno - come i parlamentari di SEL - che si concentrano sulla carne viva dei problemi che attanagliano questo Paese. Perché la politica (e quindi il Paese) non può che sopravvivere così. E per fortuna c'è chi, ogni giorno, ci dimostra che no, non sono "tutti uguali". Forse se l'informazione fosse meno infatuata dai fenomeni di turno e più equilibrata, se ne accorgerebbero un po' tutti...

The Left is back in the Parliament (but nobody talks about it)

As the media hassle trying to find can openers and other Grillo fanatic perversions; seeing the sad faces of the Monti followers, Santanché arriving with a bike at Montecitorio and Casini's hand kissing to Finocchiaro, the return of the Left in the Parliament has gone silent. Well yes, with the 45 parliamentaries of SEL, many instances - from the LGBTQ rights to preservation of the environment, passing throught the minimum guaranteed income - now can find a voice in the place for excellence of our democracy: the Parliament.

These are the first 8 law proposals deposited a few days ago by SEL in its first day of parliamentary life:

- Law for the recognition of citizenship to foreign children born in Italy.
- Law against blank resignations.
- Law for social agriculture.
- Law for gay marriage.
- Law for the preservation of the landscape and the beauty of the territory
- Law against corruption for the change of the art. 416 of the penal code.
- Law that institutes in Italy the minimum guaranteed income*.

*The minimum guaranteed income is different from the citizenship income (proposed by M5S) because the latter means the payment of a pre-established income (1000 euro, according to Grillo's promises) to all citizens, regardless of whether they have a job or not. As you can imagine, it would be extremely expensive and impossible under all points of view, as some economists estimate it would cost us about 20 points of GDP!). The guaranteed minimum income, on the contrary, is a social tool present in all EU countries (except for Italy, Greece and Poland), which allows to those who don't have a job to have a minimum income (according to SEL, who gets inspiration from that of TILT, the minimum amount would be 600 euro). SEL  has gathered the signatures for this law proposal, and yet - on the media - journalists have passed the idea that only Grillo made such a proposal (who actually is talking about something else, not the minimum guaranteed income). An evident distortion of our information system, always ready to get on the winner's side, more than being interested in finding and making truth and merits that are not always visible with the naked eye, evident for all to see.

Are those 8 proposals above a dream? No, but something that goes near: the Left. A left that is worthy of the name, and that - trying to put together identity and necessary government experience - has earned the access to the parliamentary rooms. And yet of all of this, on the big media, you don't hear a word. Whole services of TGs or political talk shows entirely dedicated to the fantastic Grillo followers, bearers of good, and not even one service to honor people like Laura Boldrini, Giorgio Airaudo, Giulio Marcon and many other elected in SEL, the only left wing formation present in the Parliament. Let it be clear, I understand that the Grillo phenomenon is the topic of the moment, but I think that in the end - an information that is worthy of the name - must concentrate on more proposals and contents, more than despicable voyeurisms and discussions.

Anyhow, I'd like to point out that while there is someone who deals with elections refunds (the costs of politics must be reduced and regulated; but corruption, tax evasion and organized crime are the true plagues of our country) and of the plastic cups to label with their names, there is someone - like SEL parliamentaries - who concentrate on the living flesh of the problems that anguish the country. Because politics - and thus the country - can only survive this way. And fortunately there is someone who, every day, proves that no, they aren't all the same. Perhaps if information was less infatuated by the daily phenomenons and more balanced, more people would actually notice...

#Comizidamore: Laura Boldrini e Piero Grasso, quanto è splendida questa Italia!

Io, confesso, vedevo nero. Già me l'immaginavo questa maledetta giornata di sabato: i soliti nomi vecchi e sempre onnipresenti; accordi sottobanco, polemiche, attacchi, divisioni...insomma, ero pronto all'ennesimo bagno di sangue.

Invece no. Invece è accaduto il miracolo: la buona politica ha preso il sopravvento in questo sciagurato Paese. Almeno una volta. Almeno oggi ! (ieri ndr). Già immaginavo le urla dei grillini che sbraitavano contro la "Kasta" indegna che si autoconserva; i berlusconiani esultanti per la fine vicina della appena natia legislatura; I quotidiani (ad eccezione di qualcuno) prospettare disastri immani e i mille errori/difetti del centrosinistra. Invece no: Laura Boldrini e Piero Grasso. La prima, Presidente della Camera; il secondo, Presidente del Senato. Ed ecco che tutto si capovolge con i berlusconiani isolati a schiumare rabbia con i leghisti e i grillini disorientati, divisi e - addirittura - lacrimanti nelle stanze del Senato in preda al panico delle responsabilità da assumersi sul voto a Schifani o Grasso.

Che sensazione bellissima guardare Laura commuovere la Camera e pensare a lei quando combatteva le bombe e la povertà in Kosovo, Angola, Afghanistan..e che sollievo vedere Piero Grasso spuntarla su Schifani, un berlusconiano con tutti gli annessi e i connessi riguardanti un concetto di (il)legalità distante anni luce anche da quello delle destre europee. E poi, diciamoci la verità, chi se lo aspettava?!? Io, no di certo.

Quello che emerge con forza da questo fine settimana politico è la chiara e netta vittoria del duo Bersani-Vendola che, con una mossa imprevedibile, hanno piazzato due ottime figure alla seconda e terza carica dello Stato, isolato Berlusconi e disorientato i grillini, dimostrando loro che i valori dell'onestà non sono una esclusiva del M5S.

Ma oltre ai meriti del centrosinistra, che ha avuto il coraggio di cambiare, c'è da sottolineare che - dopo tempo - questo Paese ritorna a respirare aria pulita quando parla di politica. Perché l'aver eletto due rappresentanti così forti e rispettabili è un vanto ed un merito per tutta la classe politica, aldilà degli schieramenti. Che finalmente dà una immagine di sé, all'esterno, migliore di come lo sia stata fino ad adesso. Non so voi, ma dopo tempo mi sono sentito profondamente orgoglioso di essere italiano.

Ora verranno giorni più difficili e duri. E non sappiamo se potremo godere di nuovo di questo clima politico così gradevole. Non ci resta che sperare e respirare a pieni polmoni questa anticipazione di primavera politica tanto agognata. Almeno finché dura.

Laura Boldrini and Piero Grasso, how wonderful this country is!

I confess, I wasn't optimistical about this. I already imagined this terrible Saturday: the usual old names and always there. Underground agreements, controversies, attacks, divisions... so I was ready for a bloodbath.

But no. The miracle happened: the good politics has taken over in this wretched country. At least once. At least today! (well, yesterday). I already imagined the shouts of the Grillo fans who shouted against the unworthy "caste" that tries to keep itself; the exultant Berlusconians for the nearby end of the newborn legislature; the newspapers (except someone) prospecting huge disasters and the thousand errors/defects of the centerleft wing. And yet no: Laura Boldrini and Piero Grasso. The first, President of the Chamber; the second, President of the Senate. And there you see everything turning upside down with the isolated Berlusconian furious with the Lega Nord members and the disoriented M5S members, divided and in tears in the chambers of the Senate, panicked because of the responsibility to take on the vote between Schifani and Grasso.

What a great feeling to see Laura touch the Chamber and think about her when she fought bomb and poverty in Kosovo, Angola, Afghanistan... and what a relief to see Piero Grasso win on Schifano, a Berlusconian with all the implications regarding a concept of (il)legality light years away even from the European right wings. And let's be honest: who would have expected it? I surely didn't.

What really emerges strongly from this political weekend is a clear and net victory of the duo Bersani - Vendola, who - with an unpredictable move - have placed two great figures as the second and third charge of the State, have isolated Berlusconi and disoriented the M5S members, proving that the values of honesty aren't exclusive to the 5 Star Movement.

But beyond the merits of the centerleft wing, which has had the courage to change, we should also stress that - after a long time - this country is breathing clean air again when talking about politics. Because choosing two representatives that are so strong and respectable is a pride and a merit for the entire political class, and goes beyond parties. It finally shows an image of itself, to the outside, better than what it has been until now. I don't know about you, but after a long time, I felt truly and deeply proud of being an Italian.

Now the most difficult and hard days are coming. And we don't know whether we'll be able to enjoy this extremely pleasant political climate again. We can only hope and breath in this anticipation of political spring that we've been waiting for so long. At least until it lasts.

Le #primarie del #csxiamo: @pbersani e @matteorenzi al ballottaggio

E venne il giorno. E venne un uomo, per la verità 5, compresa una donna. Il cast delle primarie del centro-sinistra è variegato e alla fine il film è andato in onda, richiamando nelle sale 4 milioni di persone. Un successo, calcolando il prezzo "popolare del biglietto", solo 2 euro. 

Già dalla mattina su Twitter era un fiorire di hashtag, ma alla fine ha vinto ancora la Premiata Ditta Europa di Menichini, che dopo #csxfactor, il re della notte del confronto, lancia #csxiamo, che scalerà la classifica dei TT.

Però stavolta bisogna scendere in strada, la rete va bene, ma qui ci si arma di documenti, pre-registrazione e si va. Colazione al bar è tappa obbligata, anche per capire gli umori della gente, fra parole, risate e battutine un po' cattive fra quelli che sono i tre protagonisti maggiori: Bersani, Renzi e Vendola. Non me ne vogliano la Sig.ra Puppato e Tabacci, che si è dimostrato un vero signore nel giocare con le sue caricature marxiste stile Pravda. Si vota, si fa la fila, cercando di spiegare anche a chi non ha compreso del tutto le informazioni che quello non è il suo seggio, ma i volontari sono tranquilli, anche verso chi alza un po' la voce. C'è un'atmosfera tranquilla, quasi d'altri tempi, come se per un giorno, un solo giorno, questo paese si sia riappropriato di certi suoi riti. Sono impressioni, non dati.

I dati sono le tre settimane che i volontari hanno avuto per organizzare sezioni e gazebo, non è poi molto tempo, mi racconta Franco, pensionato, con cui fumo una sigaretta per strada, la prima da quando è entrato alle 6 e mezza della mattina, mentre quelli che hanno montato i gazebo alle 4 adesso stanno dormendo a casa. Poca fila, ma nel pomeriggio sarà un delirio ovunque. Tre settimane in cui i candidati sono andati dappertutto a fare campagna elettorale, ma soprattutto a richiamare l'attenzione sul votare, perché è quello che sta chiedendo il paese: partecipazione. Non è facile rispondere a questa richiesta, la macchina deve funzionare, senza sbavature, anche se perfetta non è stata, però ha tutti gli occhi addosso, primi fra tutti quelli del PDL, che ancora non ha deciso se le primarie le farà o no, dipende tutto da Berlusconi. Si, proprio lui. Però anche Giorgia Meloni, che le primarie le vuole fare, se ne va alla sezione del PD di Via dei Giubbonari, a due passi da Campo de' Fiori a Roma e chiede come vadano le cose, ascoltando volontari e funzionari, un endorsement all'avversario, un bel segno, vuol dire che le cose le stai facendo bene e che diventi una sorta di modello. Certo c'è anche L'uomo che ha votato due volte, non si esce dalla metafora del cinema!

Ci sono anche schermaglie, sia in strada sia sul web, soprattutto su twitter, dove i rottamatori renziani, i segretariani di Bersani e i radicali di Vendola, si punzecchiano, si scambiano battute acide su chi interpreti bene il cambiamento. E' una sfida per un primato importante, perchè il cambiamento lo vogliono tutti, ma c'è chi sembra voler annullare la proprio storia e tradizione, mentre chi vorrebbe sempre ricordare con orgoglio il proprio passato. E' un falso mito quello del nuovo, anche se l'appeal di un candidato giovane come Renzi è forte, vista sia l'età media della classe politica italiana, sia il procurato disastro sotto gli occhi di tutti.

Vero che Renzi è stata una scossa, utile e necessaria al centro-sinistra, perchè l'ha spinto a misurarsi su temi nuovi e sul ricambio, come sono state preziose le sollecitazioni di Vendola sui diritti civili e sull'ascolto delle voci che soffrono più il disagio. Però il segretario è quello che s'è preso il partito nel momento peggiore della sua storia e c'ha messo la faccia, una vita difficile, visto che spesso ha fatto la paperella al tiro a segno per quante volte è stato colpito. Allora qui serve una cosa sola: la sintesi. Perché se in una coalizione o in un partito ci sono più posizioni allora bisogna fare il punto, la mediazione, che non è la marmellata, ma di più: prendere il meglio e costruire un progetto intorno. Un duro lavoro che va fatto, perchè richiesto da 4 milioni di persone - ma sono molte di più - che non sono zombie, come dice il Grillo Parlante in un post dove cita a sproposito il filosofo Michel Foucalt, ma sono il paese.

I numeri parlano chiaro, almeno fino ad ora, è l'una e trenta, circa: Bersani 44,4%, Renzi 36,3%, Vendola 15,2%, Puppato 3%, Tabacci 1,2%

e siamo a metà dello scrutinio. Renzi fa bene, molto bene, vincendo in Toscana e in alcuni zone dell'Emilia Romagna, ma è secondo. Però se vai a vedere è un paese a macchia di leopardo, segno che i flussi elettorali e le "appartenenze" stanno cambiando e su questo bisognerà ragionare parecchio. Ci sono alcune discrepanze nei numeri, perché il comitato di Renzi ha dei dati che parlano di un distacco di solo 4 punti percentuali e non di 8, come segna lo scrutinio ufficiale, il che vorrebbe dire una diversa disposizione delle forze in campo. C'erano stati nel pomeriggio dei twit e dei post che parlavano di sondaggi diversi, di risultati a sorpresa, come Pierluigi Battista. Il risultato però non cambia: ballottaggio.

Sarà una settimana dura, pesante, una settimana in cui si ricomincia da zero. Non s'illudano i contendenti, qui i voti non si stoccano, anzi sono molto liquidi, e non si illudano neanche gli altri pensando di poter chiedere qualcosa in cambio, perchè per ora non c'è nulla sul piatto. Non si illudano ancora Renzi e Bersani, perchè qui non ci sono "loro" e "noi", anzi c'è un unico grande noi, non omologato, eterogenero, variopinto, ricco di differenze, di stimoli, che non ha bisogno di una contrapposizione inutile e sterile, ma di una nuova piattaforma che sappia trasformare tutto questo in un programma di rinnovamento e cambiamento senza se e senza ma verso la palude in cui il paese è stato trascinato. Sarebbe bello continuare a giocare in trasparenza, nel fair play, magari con una certa vis polemica, fatta di argomenti e proposte, di domande e riposte, di confronto e discussione. Sarebbe bello. Sarebbe politica.

The primaries: Bersani and Renzi go to ballot

Breakfast at the bat is a must, also to understand the people mood, among words, laughs and evil jokes among those who are the three main protagonists. Bersani, Renzi and Vendola. Please, Mrs. Puppato and Mr. Tabacci, don't get me wrong. By the way Tabacci proved to be a sir in playing with his marxist caricatures in Pravda style. You vote, you stay in line, trying to explain to those who didn't understand everything that it isn't the right place to vote, but volunteers are calm, even with those who raise their voices. There's a quiet atmosphere, almost of other times, as if for one day, just one day, the country regained its rituals. These are just impressions, not facts.

The facts are the three weeks that volunteers had to organize sections and stands, not a lot of time, Franco tells me: he's retired, and he smokes a cigarette with me, the first since he came in at 6:30 in the morning, while the ones who put up the stands at 4 now are sleeping at home. Just a bit of line, but during the afternoon it's going to be crazy. Three weeks during which candidates have gone everywhere with their campaign, but especially to recall the attention of the audience on voting, because that's what the country's asking for: participation.

It's not easy to answer this requesst, the maching must function, withoutu errors, even though it hasn't been perfect, but it has all eyes on it now, first of all those of the PDL, that still hasn't decided whether to do the primaries or not, it all depends on Berlusconi. Yes, him.  But also Giorgia Meloni, who wants these primaries, went to the PD section in Via dei Giubbonari, two steps away from Campo de' Fiori in Rome and asks how things are going, listening to volunteers and functionaries, an endorsement to the rival, a good sign, it means that things are going well and you become some sort of model Well, there are also those who voted twice, you can't escape the cinema metaphor.

There are also fights, on the streets and on the web, especially on Twitter, where Renzi supporters, Bersani's and Vendola's pick at eachother, exchange jokes on who interprets the change better than the others. It's a challenge for an important primate, because change is something everyone wants, but there is also who seems to be willing to cancel history and tradition, along with those who want to remember the past with pride.  It's a false myth the new one, even though the appeal of a young candidate such as Renzi is strong, given the average age of the Italian political class, and the disaster that lies under the eyes of everyone.

Nichi Vendola si è proposto come l’alternativa, come l’Oppure, non solo verso gli altri candidati, ma al modo in cui viene governata l’Italia. Vendola non ha mai nascosto la sua opposizione al governo dei tecnici, anzi, l’ha diffuso ovunque. Ha fatto una campagna per le primarie basata essenzialmente sulla sua persona (più degli altri), fisica, morale e intellettuale, non solo facendo del suo nome e del suo viso l’icona principale della campagna, diventando protagonista della campagna sui diritti civili arrivando alla dichiarazione “Mi voglio sposare”.

Vendola è un uomo di sinistra, un poeta, un omosessuale e un cattolico. Ha sempre rivendicato ogni componente della sua identità e questo va considerato un punto d’onore in uno scenario politico che del trasformismo ha fatto bandiera.

Ha anche esperienze importanti di governo territoriale con risultanti sopra la media. Poi c’è l’eloquio, importante, a volte addirittura troppo importante, più di lui. Questo, però, è un paese strano, a cui servono non solo slogan di lancio e punti forti di programma, ma anche una forte dose di mediazione, necessaria per rimettere insieme un paese che da puzzle si è trasformato in una scatola di Lego scompaginati.

Qui abbiamo raccolto una serie di domande su temi molto diversi, dai diritti alla politica industriale, dalla politica estera alla scuola, ma anche al taglio delle spese per la casta e delle spesa pubblica, che significa anche riduzione di personale. Quello che chiediamo a Vendola è di entrare con le mani dentro gli ingranaggi del motore Italia, perché se è ridotta come una vecchia Fiat allora c’è molto da lavorare.

40 questions for Nichi Vendola

Not much left before the celebration of the primary ritual of the PD: on Sunday, those who want to vote can go in the dedicated sections to choose the ideal premier candidate for this API, SEL, PD allegiance.

Governor of Puglia Nichi Vendola is also a candidate, and we gathered a few questions from our readers via our social channels. After Renzi, here are the other questions, this time they're for Vendola, and we're not stopping here.

Nichi Vendola has proposed himself as the alternative, as the "OR", not only towards the other candidates, but to the way Italy is run. Vendola has never hidden his opposition to the technician government, on the contrary, he left everyone know. He's done a campaign for the primaries based essencially on his person (more than others), physical, moral and intellectual, not only making his name and face the main icon of the campaign, but also by becoming a protagonist of the civil rights campaign with the statement "I want to get married".

Vendola is a left-wing man, a poet, a homosexual and a Catholic. He has always claimed every component of his identity and this must be considered as a point of honor in a political scenario that has transformism as a banner. He also has important experiences of territorial government with results that are above average. And then there's the speech, important, sometimes too important, more than him.

This, however, is a strange country, which doesn't need just launch slogans and strong program points, but also a strong dose of mediation, necessary to put together a country that has turned from a puzzle to a messed up Lego box.

Here are a series of questions on various topics, from rights to industrial politics, from foreign affairs to school, but also the cut of expenses of the caste and of public waste, which also means a reduction of personnel. What we're asking Vendola is to put his hands in the Italy engine, because if it's messed up like an old FIAT then there's a lot of work to do. Who rules the country must do so without "ifs" and without "but", for rights and principles, but it is necessary to create allegiances, and we're not talking about parties: we're talking about components of this country, workers and entrepreneurs, autonomous and employees, catholics and laicists.

#ilconfrontoskytg24: il resoconto del #dibattito sulle #primarie

Ieri sera si è svolto il primo dibattito televisivo della campagna per le primarie del centro-sinistra, che decideranno dunque anche il candidato alla Presidenza del Consiglio alle prossime elezioni politiche 2013.


I cinque candidati - Bersani, Renzi, Tabacci, Vendola e Puppato - hanno partecipato al "Confronto" mandato in onda da SkyTG24, in un'ambientazione talmente simile a quella di XFactor da mandare in confusione un telespettatore disattento che dovesse in quel momento sintonizzarsi sul canale più seguito della serata, peraltro disponibile anche in streaming online.

A metà tra un quiz show e un dibattito vero e proprio, con 20 domande e 90 secondi ciascuno per rispondere, quello di ieri sera è stato un format decisamente inusuale per un pubblico generalmente abituato al tradizionale talk show italiano di stampo politico in stile Ballarò. Molti l'hanno chiamato dibattito "all'americana", con tutti i pregi e difetti che ne conseguono: da una parte la costrizione a rimanere aderenti al tema trattato e non divagare o aggirare la risposta, ma anche la necessità di circoscrivere il proprio intervento in una finestra temporale di soli 90 secondi, impresa alquanto difficile quando si trattano temi tanto complessi.

Altri hanno parlato della nascita di un "nuovo format", ovvero il "debate show", e nonostante in realtà non si tratti di qualcosa di "nuovo", è stato esattamente questo: uno spettacolo, con tanto di luci, regia, e una fotografia ben lontana da quella dell'asettico studio di Vespa. Non a caso, infatti, l'hashtag alternativo più gettonato della serata è stato #csxfactor.

Tuttavia l'impostazione quasi goliardica è stata percepita da molti come un grave errore di comunicazione: l'immagine dei Fantastici 5, un fotomontaggio di bassa lega che ritrae alcuni famosi supereroi con le facce dei 5 candidati pubblicata sul sito web del Partito Democratico, ha portato alla creazione di un hashtag dedicato - #fantastici5 - , impietose critiche e battute su Twitter, ed una serie di altrettanto grotteschi fotomontaggi creati dagli utenti. Un'espressione di maturità politica, per certi versi, che defluisce nel canale satirico, che dunque va in forte contrapposizione con il gusto per un format che attraverso la limitazione di spazi e tempi frantuma e semplifica i contenuti rispetto a quanto eravamo abituati a vedere in tv finora, rendendoli più comprensibili e digeribili anche ad un pubblico non esperto dei temi trattati.

Parlando di hashtag, vale la pena aprire una breve parentesi. Se durante la campagna per le elezioni americane, i tweet riguardanti i dibattiti venivano contraddistinti dall'hashtag #debates, in Italia le cose sono un po' sfuggite di mano. SkyTG24 ha insistito per usare #ilconfrontoskytg24, che dimostra quanta comprensione delle dinamiche dei social media ci sia a certi livelli. Alcuni diranno che già il fatto di aver coniato un hashtag è un enorme passo avanti: vero. Ma di passi avanti, è innegabile, ce ne sono da fare ancora molti.

L'hashtag tutto sommato è un concentrato di significato, significante ed una buona dose di ironia: per questo motivo sono nati hashtag alternativi come #csxfactor e #fantastici5, ma anche versioni più prosaiche come #confronto, #ilconfronto, #dibattito, #dibattiti, #primarie, #dibattitoprimarie, #confrontotv, piuttosto che i vari #Bersani, #Renzi, #Vendola, #Puppato, #Tabacci, #pb2013, e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Una dispersione di conversazione non indifferente, se teniamo conto che si sono verificate punte di 1.500 tweet/minuto sul dibattito.

Ed è proprio questo l'elemento di novità, forse, di questa serata che si può definire a tutti gli effetti un successo: una partecipazione del pubblico davvero poderosa, sebbene sia andata in parallelo rispetto alla trasmissione stessa, senza punti di contatto e contaminazione. Sembrerebbe comunque che la direzione sia quella giusta: SkyTG24 già ha prenotato il prossimo dibattito, che presumibilmente sarà ancora più seguito del primo, e si può supporre che a un certo punto avverrà anche un'integrazione tra i contenuti, le domande e i commenti online e lo studio in cui si sta svolgendo il "dibattito".

Queste evoluzioni, per quanto futuribili, saranno a un certo punto inevitabili: voler costruire un hashtag ufficiale della serata è un primo passo su questa strada, e dunque ci sarà da aspettarsi una "superficie" di contatto sempre più estesa. Che sia attraverso l'importazione e la discussione dei contenuti UGC in studio, o l'intervento diretto del pubblico online, o altre modalità non ancora definite e definibili, questo non lo so.

Quel che è certo è che dopo il successo immenso che il Confronto ha ottenuto ieri sera, non sarà più possibile tornare indietro.

A synthesis of the debate on the primary elections

Yesterday evening we saw the first TV debate of the campaign for the center-left primary elections that will also decide the candidate for Prime Minister at the next political elections in 2013.

The five candidates - Bersani, Renzi, Tabacci, Vendola and Puppato - have participated to the debated aired by SkyTG24, in a setting so similar to that of XFactor that an anaware viewer that happened to see the show would probably have been a bit confused. The whole evening was also available in online streaming.

Halfway between a quiz show and a proper debate, with 20 questions and 90 seconds each to answer, it was definitely an unusual format for an audience that is used to the traditional Italian political talk show in Ballarò style. Many have called it "American" debate, with all the pros and cons that ensue: on the one hand constraining candidates to stay focused on the topic and not try to avoid the question, but also the need to answer in the 90 seconds given, which is quite difficult when you treat difficult topics.

Others have talked about the birth of a "new format", the "debate show", and although there is nothing really new, it has been exactly that: a show, with lights, editing, and photography that are miles away from Vespa's aseptic studio. It wasn't a coincidence that the most used alternative hashtag of the evening was #csxfactor.

However the funny setting has been perceived by many as a big communication mistake: the image of the Fantastic 5, a low quality photoshopped picture of famous superheroes with the candidates' heads on, which was published on the Democratic Party website, has led to the creation of a dedicated hashtag - #fantastici5 -, wild criticism on Twitter and a series of grotesque images created by users. An expression of political maturity, in some way, that manages to find its path in the satire channel, which is in strong opposition to the taste for a format that, thanks to the limitation of space and time, breaks and simplifies content in comparison to what we were used to see on TV, making it more comprehensible and easy to digest to an audience of non experts.

Speaking of hashtags, it's worth opening a brief parenthesis. If during the American campaign the tweets regarding the debates had the hashtag #debates, in Italy things have gone out of control. SkyTG24 insisted on having the official #ilconfrontoskytg24, which proves just how much understanding of social media these people have. Some will say that creating a hashtag is a huge step in the first place: true. But there are quite a few big steps to make, that's for sure.

The hashtag is a concentrate of meaning and a good dose of sense of humor: this is the reason why alternative hashtags were born, such as #csxfactor and #fantastici5, but also more practical versions, such as #confronto, #ilconfronto, #dibattito, #dibattiti, #primarie, #dibattitoprimarie, #confrontotv, and also #Bersani, #Renzi, #Vendola, #Puppato, #Tabacci, #pb2013, and much much more. A dispersion of conversation that cannot be ignored, if we consider that there have been peaks of 1.500 tweets/minute about the debate.

And this is the element of news, maybe, of this evening that can be defined as a spectacular success: a participation of audience that is incredible, although it went parallel to the show itself, without points of content or contamination. It seems that it is the right direction, however. SkyTG24 has already booked the next debate, which will probably be even more watched than the first, and we can suppose that at some point there will be an integration of content, questions and comments, and the studio where the debate is held.

These evolutions, however difficult, will at some point be inevitable: wanting to create a hashtag for the evening is the first step on this path, so we're going to probably see a bigger and bigger contact surface in the future. Whether by importing and discussing UGC contents in the studio, or thanks to direct comments from users, or other ways that still aren't defined, I don't know.

What I do know is that after the immense success the show had last night, we won't be able to go back anymore.

#ilconfrontoSkyTg24, il #dibattito di @SkyTG24 sulle #primarie

L'improvvisa popolarità del Movimento 5 Stelle, lo scandalo dell'IDV e Di Pietro, lo sfascio interno al PDL, la perdita di credibilità della Lega Nord e uno scenario quanto mai variegato quando si guarda a sinistra: questa al momento la situazione politica italiana.

I mesi di scontri e lotte intestine nel centro-sinistra stanno per arrivare a una conclusione: il panorama politico è ora più che mai incerto, con equilibri storici improvvisamente sovvertiti, nuove maggioranze e partiti che hanno perso qualsiasi autorevolezza.

Stasera avrà luogo il Confronto tra i candidati alle primarie del centro-sinistra, che decideranno dunque il candidato premier alle prossime elezioni politiche 2013. Intervistato.com e 140NN (@ezekiel) porteranno le voci dei social network dentro il confronto TV.

Questa sera a partire dalle 20.30 potrete seguire la diretta su Sky TG 24.
Tabacci, Puppato, Renzi, Vendola e Bersani si confronteranno sui punti salienti dei rispettivi programmi elettorali, portando un focus importante su temi come il fine vita, il matrimonio gay e il conflitto d'interessi, giusto per citarne alcuni.

Podio "all'americana" e regole ben precise: 1 minuto e 30 secondi per ogni risposta, domande anche dal pubblico e l'ordine delle risposte decise da un sorteggio.

Il duello delle primarie sarà multicanale, sbarcando simultaneamente su TV e Web, quindi per tutti noi è una grande occasione: non vogliamo solo ascoltare cosa risponderanno i candidati alle domande di Gianluca Semprini, ma soprattutto "sentire" cosa ne pensa chi popola i social network, in diretta, senza farci sfuggire neanche una frase, una sensazione, una battuta. Senza filtri né censure, come nostro solito.

E' finita l'era dei commenti caduti nel vuoto davanti alla televisione: oggi si partecipa e si crea opinione in tempo reale. E' questo il nostro mare, ed è qui che ci interessa nuotare.

The Italian Debate for the primary elections in the center-left

The sudden popularity of the M5S, the scandal of IDV and Di Pietro, the internal disaster of the PDL, the loss of credibility of Lega Nord and an extremely colorful scenario when you look at the left wing: this is the situation of Italian politics at the moment.

The months of fights and internal disagreements in the center left are about to come to an end: the political scenario is uncertain now more than ever, with historical balances that are inverted all of the sudden, new majorities and once strong parties who have lost all authority.

Tonight the first Debate between the candidates of center left will be held: these elections will decide the candidate for the Prime Minister spot at the political elections in 2013. Intervistato.com and 140NN (@ezekiel) will bring the voices from social networks inside the TV debate.

So starting 20.30 you will be able to follow the live airing on SkyTG24. Tabacci, Puppato, Renzi, Vendola and Bersani will talk about the most important points of their programs, with a particular focus on topics such as biological testament, gay marriage and conflict of interest, just to name a few.

An "American" podium and very precise rules: 1 minute and 30 seconds for each answers, questions that can also come from the public and order of answers decided by random extraction.

The duel of the primaries will be multichannel, present simultaneously on TV and the web, so for all of us this represents a great opportunity: we don't only want to listen to what the candidates will answer to Gianluca Semprini's questions, but most of all "listen" to the opinions of those who populate social networks, online, live, without leaving any phrase, sensation or joke behind. No filters, no censorship, as we always do.

Enough with the era of comments fallen and forgotten in front of the telly: today we participate and create opinions in real time. This is our sea, and this is where we want to swim.

#Mafia ed #elezioni2013: programmi elettorali e criminalità organizzata

Nella sua tappa milanese della campagna elettorale Matteo Renzi ha riservato una citazione a Giorgio Ambrosoli, commissario liquidatore della Banca Privata Italiana di Michele Sindona, freddato da un killer l’11 luglio del 1979. 

Un grande milanese, una grande personalità nazionale e internazionale quella di Giorgio Ambrosoli. Un onesto, con la cultura della correttezza e del suo lavoro.

Una di quelle storie però dimenticate, spesso finite in soffitta e impolverate, volutamente dimenticata dalla Milano rampante che frequentava lo studio di quel Sindona. Il “salvatore della lira”, il “mago delle tasse”, che morì nel carcere di Voghera per un caffè al cianuro dopo essere stato condannato come mandante dell’omicidio Ambrosoli, e ritenuto in contatto e curatore degli interessi di Cosa Nostra.

Ecco. Fa bene Renzi a toccare la corda Ambrosoli a Milano, una figura in cui qualunque elettorato borghese e non dovrebbe riconoscersi, peccato che queste citazioni rimangano sempre in superficie. Saremo brevi e concisi dopo un preambolo necessario. Parliamo di programmi elettorali e criminalità organizzata.

Me li sono spulciati oltre il “Control+F” per fare la ricerca di una parola singola. Li ho letti perché non tutti chiamano le cose con il loro nome e spesso ci si gira intorno. Il risultato è che nei programmi elettorali questa criminalità organizzata è grande assente, pur rientrando in tanti aspetti della vita quotidiana, dalla sicurezza pubblica al lavoro, dallo sviluppo economico alla giustizia passando per le buone pratiche all’interno della Pubblica Amministrazione.

Ebbene, come ho avuto modo di osservare già sul blog che seguo per Linkiesta, Pizza Connection, tra i programmi dei candidati alle primarie e quello di Beppe Grillo al tema è dedicato davvero poco spazio e poca menzione. Eppure quando si parla di tagli, per esempio, alle sezioni della Direzione Investigativa Antimafia, tutti pronti a indignarsi. Una indignazione però senza seguito.

Nel programma di Renzi troviamo sotto il punto "Garanzia della sicurezza" al punto 10 del programma, comma d:

Affrontare le nuove forme della criminalita’ organizzata.Gli strumenti utilizzati per combatterla sono tradizionalmente strumenti di ordine pubblico espesso emergenziali. In particolare la questione dell’infiltrazione mafiosa nell’economia reale è fenomeno da presidiare. Per mettere in campo progetti innovativi e cogliere la mutevolezza dei fenomeni in questo campo avrà un ruolo strategico la valorizzazione di esperienze di indagine condotte in alcuni contesti e la sperimentazione di osservatori locali finalizzati a leggere in maniera integrati i dati rilevanti in possesso dei vari attori istituzionali (Procure, Prefetture e Forze di Polizia, Amministrazioni locali).

Una decina di righe, ma rimane l'unico a evidenziare "la questione dell'infiltrazione mafiosa nell'economia reale".

Tra gli intenti di Bersani si legge che il suo PD intende dare

sostegno più concreto agli organi inquirenti e agli amministratori impegnati contro mafie e criminalità, vero piombo nelle ali per l’intero Paese

Stop. Come, dove e perchè sono problematiche che non ci devono sfiorare. Il tutto sotto il titolo 2 "Democrazia". Insomma, questo "piombo nelle ali del Paese", altro non è che un "piombo" a cui dedicare tre righe.

Tra le sette proposte di Vendola quello del crimine organizzato, salvo un passaggio nella parte dedicata all’agricoltura, è un problema pressoché mai trattato, così come alla outsider per le primarie del centrosinistra Laura Puppato.

Spostandosi a destra, la Lega prova a fare una proposta concreta, ma confina il tutto nella pratica del soggiorno obbligato, dimostrando di faticare ancora a comprendere come ormai i “Lumbard” non siano solo vittime del cancro mafioso, ma spesso complici. Una proposta quindi con la pretesa di essere concreta ma già fuori dalla storia.

Nel Pdl invece, si sciorinano numeri su numeri di quando al dicastero c’era Roberto Maroni (Lega) che arrestava "otto latitanti al giorno". Dimenticandosi però di provare a fare qualche proposta per il futuro, nonostante gli input siano arrivati anche quando al governo c’era ancora la stessa armata Brancaleone di berlusconiana memoria.

Eppure per scrivere qualche pagina di programma dedicata al contrasto alla criminalità organizzata facendo qualche proposta concreta, sarebbe bastato andarsi a leggere, prima di tutto la relazione annuale dell’Agenzia Nazionale dei Beni Sequestrati e Confiscati. Dove si rileva il problema della carenza di personale e delle imprese confiscate o sequestrate troppo spesso destinate a morire e di conseguenza a far perdere posti di lavoro. Leggere qualche riga della Corte dei Conti, magari provando a mettere in prospettiva una vera legge anticorruzione (con reati veri e non quelli a metà previsti da quello attuale) e intervenire sul codice antimafia laddove sono stati lasciati buchi imperdonabili nella legislazione sugli appalti e subappalti. Senza dimenticare proprio che dal prossimo anno si inizierà a fare sul serio con le gare di Expo2015, un evento tutt’altro che al riparo dagli appetiti mafiosi. Così come più riguardo per i cosiddetti "whistleblower", cioè coloro che denunciano malaffare all'interno delle società pubbliche o private. Un termine che quando impareremo a conoscere sarà già troppo tardi.

Mafia and 2013 elections: elections programs and organized crime

In the Milan stop of his elections campaign, Matteo Renzi has saved a quote for Giorgio Ambrosoli, liquidator commissioner of the Italian Private Bank of Michele Sindona, killed on July the 11th 1979. A great Milanese, a great national and international personality, Giorgio Ambrosoli. An honest man, with a culture for being correct and of his work.

One of those stories that have been forgotten, often ended up in an attic, filled with dust, willingly forgotten by the roaring Milan that used to be in Sindona's study. The savior of the Lira, the magician of taxes, who died in a prison of Voghera because of a cup of coffee with cyanide after being condemned as the mandator of the Ambrosoli homicide, and considered to be in contact and curator of the interests of Cosa Nostra.

So. Renzi is right to touch the Ambrosoli note in Milan, a figure with which any voter should identify, too bad that these words too often remain on the surface. We will be short and concise after this necessary introduction. Let's talk about the elections programs and organized crime.

I read them beyond the simple Control+F to look for one word. I read them because not everyone calls things with their names and often they keep going around things instead of going to the point. the result is that in the elections programs this organized crime is often absent, even though it enters so many aspects of daily life, from public safety to work, from economical development to justice, and the good practices inside the PA.

So, as I have already observed on the blog I follow for Linkiesta, Pizza Connection, among the programs of the candidates to the primaries and that of Beppe Grillo the topic is given little space and little mention. And yet when we talk about cuts, for example, to the sections of the Antimafia Investigative Direction, everyone is ready to protest. A protest that has no consequence, though.

In Renzi's program we find under the point "Guarantee of safety" at the tenth point of the program, comma d:

Facing the new forms of organized crime.
The tools used to fight it are traditionally tools of public order and often emergency means. In particular the matter of the mafia infiltration in the real economy is a phenomenon to take care of. In order to put on the field innovative projects and understand the rate of change of phenomena in this field the valorization of experiences of inquiry in some contexts and the experimentation of local observers aimed to read in an integrated fashion the relevant data that the various institutions possess, will have a strategic role.

Ten lines, but he's the only one to give attention to the "matter of mafia infiltration in the real economy".

Among Bersani's intentions, we can read that his PD will give

a more concrete support to the inquiring organs and the administrators who are fighting against mafia and criminality, true lead for the wings of the entire country

Stop. How, where and why are problems that must not touch us. All is included in the Title 2, "Democracy". So, this "lead for the wings of the country", is nothing more than some "lead" that only deserves 3 lines.

Among Vendola's seven proposals, that of organized crime, except for a passage in the part dedicated to agriculture, is a matter that is almost never treated, and the same is true for the outsider for center left primaries Laura Puppato.

Shifting to right, Lega tries to make a concrete proposal, but confines everything in the practice of obliged residency, proving that they still have difficulties understanding that the Lombardy people are not only the victims of the mafia cancer, but often its accomplices. A proposal that wants to be concrete but that is already outside history.

In the PDL there are numbers above numbers about when Roberto Maroni was at the dicastery and he arrested "eight fugitives a day". Forgetting to make some proposals for the future, in spite of the fact that inputs came even when the same Brancaleone army of Berlusconian memory was still at the government.

And yet, in order to be able to write a few pages of program dedicated to contrasting organized crime doing some concrete proposals, it would have been enough to go read the annual report of the National Agency of Sequestered and Confiscated Goods. Where we find the problem of the lack of personnel and of companies confiscated or sequestered too often destined to die and consequently causing jobs to be lost. Reading a few lines of the Count Court, perhaps trying to put in perspective a true anticorruption law (with true crimes and not the half ones indicated by the current one) and doing something on the antimafia code, where some unforgivable holes have been left on the legislation of contracts and subcontracts. Without forgetting that from next year we'll start doing things for real for the Expo2015, an event that is all but outside mafia appetites. As more respect for the so called "whistleblowers", those who signal unregular affairs inside public or private companies. A term that we will start to be familiar with when it will already be too late.

Si è specializzato in Psicologia della comunicazione, politica e nuovi media.

Dal 2007 lavora nell’agenzia di comunicazione Proforma, che negli ultimi anni ha curato diverse campagne elettorali del centrosinistra, tra le quali quelle del presidente della regione Puglia, Nichi Vendola, e del sindaco di Bari, Michele Emiliano.

Ha pianificato le strategie, ha seguito la pagina fan di Facebook, gli account di Youtube e Twitter e ha gestito sia il feedback degli utenti verso Nichi Vendola che quello dello staff verso il web.

Ha la responsabilità per tutte le commesse che riguardano strategie e gestione dei social media e fa parte dei gruppi di lavoro che si occupano di campagne elettorali, in particolare per l'analisi di scenario, analisi dei dati e campagne sui nuovi media.

Dal 2007 collabora con Coolclub, per cui è autore di due rubriche mensili: "Avanti pop" e "Dammi una spinta", entrambe incentrate sulla musica.

Nel 2010 ha cominciato a collaborare come blogger con Il Fatto Quotidiano, ed è tra i fondatori di Quink, collettivo di adbusting e satira.

In just a few hours we'll have the pleasure of interviewing Dino Amenduni, Italian journalist and blogger.

Born in 1984 in Bari, he graduated in Psychology of work and organizations, but his passion for politics and his fascination with new media has overcome his education, so much that it led him to study the construction of the under-25 orientation. He specialized in Psychology of Communication, politics and new media.

Since 2007 he works with the communication agency Proforma, which in these last few years has managed several left wing campaigns, among which that of the Region president, Nichi Vendola, and Bari mayor Michele Emiliano.

He planned the strategies, he managed the Facebook fanpage, Youtube and Twitter accounts and managed feedback from users to Vendola and from the Vendola staff to the web.

He is responsible for all projects that require strategy and management of social media and he is part of the workgroups that manage campaigns, particularly in scenario analysis, data analysis and new media campaigns.

Since 2007 he collaborates with Coolclub, for which he is author of two monthly columns: "Avanti pop" and "Dammi una spinta", both about music.

In 2010 he started a collaboration as a blogger with Il Fatto Quotidiano, and he is among the founders of Quink, collective of satire and adbusting.
