La notizia è forte: l'ex Presidente del consiglio dei Ministri della Repubblica Italiana, on. Silvio Berlusconi, è stato condannato per frode fiscale nel processo relativo ai diritti televisivi Mediaset, alla pena detentiva di 4 anni e all'interdizione dai pubblici uffici per 5 anni. Oppure no.
Di nuovo in campo, contro il pericolo della "democrazia giudiziaria" contro la "magistatocrazia". Non è finito. Il berlusconismo, ovvero quel sistema di comportamenti, quasi ideologici che ha contraddistinto gli ultimi vent'anni di questo paese, è vivo. Si contorce col suo numero migliore: urlare per la trattativa, quella sulla giustizia, la conosciamo da tutto un ventennio. Finirà, come tutti i fenomeni umani.Ventennio, ritorna questo termine nella nostra storia, pesante, che ha visto il declino del nostro paese in molto ambiti e livelli, lo sanno tutti quelli che hanno avuto contatti con l'estero per tutto questo periodo. Questa para-ideologia era già presente in dose minori già nel paese, in alcune direi omeopatiche, mentre con la discesa in campo, che sta a Berlusconi come il il discorso del bivacco sta a Mussolini, il paragone non è sul credo politico di personaggi di tal guisa. Eppure entrambi hanno tratti in comune, come l'importanza data alla comunicazione, il primo con la costruzione di Cinecittà e la fondazione della Rai, il secondo con l'introduzione della tv privata nella televisione italiana.
Hanno fatto culto della propria persona e personalità, il primo autoproclamandosi Duce del Fascismo, il secondo arrivando a definirsi Unto del Signore, ma forse era una delle sue tante famose battute e barzellette. Il primo mostrava la sua potenza fisica, come nella battaglia del grano, il secondo mostrando la potenza della sua ricchezza.
Non sto affatto sostenendo che Berlusconi sia un fascista, nonostante non lo possa annoverare come un sincero democratico, eppure non ha portato una visione politica, ma più uno stile di vita, non rifondando lo stato, ma rifondando i consumi materiali e culturali. Il disprezzo della cultura, un forte laissez-faire nella moralità dei comportamenti pubblici, fomentando anche il fastidio verso istituzioni democratiche e formative.
Se prima eravamo un paese con crepe e rovine, adesso siamo una marmellata ed è dura uscire dal pantano. E' diventato stomachevole, eppure qualcuno, anzi di più, è ancora attirato dal suo dolce profumo, anche se la frutta scarseggia e di zucchero neanche l'ombra! A me non interessa vedere Berlusconi in galera, non ho certe questa pruderie, mi accontento di saperlo a casa, ovunque sia, senza però dimenticarlo, guai a farlo. A questo punto tocca iniziare a raccogliere il fango e tirarlo via, serve impegno e non servono illusioni o soluzioni facile. Si può fare. Però, mi chiedo, si vuole fare? Intanto, attenti dove mettete i piedi.

Berlusconi condemned and the Italian jam
The news is important: the ex Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Honorable Silvio Berlusconi, has been condemned for fraud in the trial related to the Mediaset TV rights, to 4 years in prison and the interdiction from public offices for 5 years. Or not.
Again in the field, against the danger of "judiciary democracy", against the power of judges. He's not done. The berlusconism, which is that system of behaviors, almost ideological, that has characterized the last twenty years of this country, is still alive. It is making a show of its best performance: screaming for negotiation, the on on justice, we've known it for twenty years now. It will end, as all human phenomena.
Twenty years, this word in our history returns, heavy, the one that has seen the decline of our country in many fields and levels, everyone who have had contacts abroad during these years know it. This para-ideology was already present in smaller doses in the country, I'd say homeopathic doses, but with the return on the field, that describes Berlusconi as the speech on bivouac describes Mussolini, the comparison isn't on the political beliefs of characters of this type. And yet they both have common traits, as the importance given to communication, the first with the building of Cincittà and the foundation of RAI, the second with the introduction of private tv in Italian television.
They've made a cult of their own person and personality, the first by proclaiming himself Duce of Fascism, the second arriving to call himself the Chosen by the Lord, but maybe it was one of his many, famous jokes and puns. The first showed his physical strength, as in the battle of the wheat, the second by showing the power of his wealth.
I'm not saying that Berlusconi is fascist, although I cannot list him among the honest democrats, yet he hasn't brought a political vision, but a way of life, not refounding the State, but refounding the material and cultural habits. The disdain towards culture, a strong laissez-faire in the morality of public behavior, which also feed the impatiente toward democratic and formative institutions.
If before we were a country with cracks and ruins, now we're jam and it's hard to get out of the swamp. It's become disgusting, and yet someone, and more than one, is still attracted by its sweet aroma, even though the fruit is scarse and there's no sign of sugar! I'm not interested in seeing Berlusconi in jail, I don't have these kinds of desires, I'm happy to just know he's at home, anywherethat is, without forgetting about him. At this point we need to get the mud and take it away, we need hard work and no illusions or easy solutions. We can make it. But, I wonder, do we want to?
