Giuseppe Civati, politico e blogger italiano, ci ha illustrato le strategie e le idee per cominciare a sanare la situazione economica italiana, dal futuro lavorativo dei giovani alla crisi finanziaria.


Qualche giorno fa abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Giuseppe Civati, politico e blogger italiano.

Innanzitutto Giuseppe ci ha raccontato quale è stato il percorso che lo ha portato ad occuparsi di politica: prima la scuola, poi i Giovani Progressisti, quindi i comitati per Prodi e la politica istituzionale, per diventare infine Consigliere Regionale della Regione Lombardia. [video]

Abbiamo chiesto come sarebbe stata la sua manovra finanziaria, se fosse stato al governo: Giuseppe sostiene che la scelta giusta sia di far pagare la crisi a chi se lo può permettere, non a chi è più in difficoltà.
Patrimoniale sì, dunque, soprattutto l'idea di passare da una tassazione pesante sul lavoro e sull'impresa a una tassazione più modesta, intervenendo invece su chi ha grandi disponibilità immobiliari che bloccano il paese, e che comunque sono la forma di investimento più remunerativa e meno tassata. Il berlusconismo, secondo Giuseppe, non inizia e non finisce con Berlusconi, anche se sta attraversando un periodo di grande crisi, sia dal punto di vista politico che dal punto di vista morale.
La maggioranza parlamentare c'è, anche se il Parlamento è di fatto bloccato da meccanismi di ricatto molto volgari. [video]

Abbiamo chiesto a Giuseppe se a suo avviso il DDL Intercettazioni passerà: il progetto del Presidente del Consiglio, a quanto pare, è di chiudere tutti i boccaporti, evitare che ci sia un dibattito pubblico informato e limitare la possibilità di esprimere la critica sulla base di dati reali.
E' già stata messa una pesante ipoteca sul servizio pubblico televisivo, con l'esodo dei giornalisti scomodi dai canali di Rai e Mediaset. [video]

Per una politica che ormai ha perso di vista i suoi obiettivi, è necessario cercare dei nuovi interpreti, liberi e a "scadenza naturale", con un limite al numero di mandati per cui è possibile candidarsi.
Abbiamo parlato di un modello possibilmente migliore di legge elettorale, che Giuseppe ha individuato nel doppio turno "alla francese", come già avviene nell'elezione dei sindaci, un modello che potrebbe garantire una maggiore governabilità e una scelta informata e articolata.
Persino con la Legge Calderoli, il cosiddetto Porcellum, sarebbe possibile sanare la situazione: basterebbe semplicemente scegliere i parlamentari con le primarie, ma questa proposta non è mai stata attuata. [video]

Per concludere Giuseppe ha parlato dei punti della sua agenda digitale per l'Italia, della sua idea di Europa, delle pensioni e del precariato, esprimendo la sua opinione riguardo a quelli che potrebbero essere i provvedimenti adatti per risolvere i problemi relativi a questi aspetti.

A few days ago we had the pleasure of interviewing Giuseppe Civati, Italian politician and blogger.

First of all, Giuseppe told us about the path that brought him to deal with politics: school, then the Giovani Progressisti, then the committees for Prodi and the institutional politics, and finally the place as a regional counselor for Regione Lombardia. [video]

We asked what his financial manneuver would have been like, had he been in the government: Giuseppe says that the right thing to do would be make those who can afford it pay the crisis, not the ones that have the biggest financial difficulties.
Yes to the capital levy, especially to the idea of lowering the taxation of work and enterprises, and increasing the taxes for those who have great real estate properties that block the country, and that are the most profitable and less taxes form of investment. [video]

Berlusconism, in Giuseppe's opinion, doesn't start and doesn't finish with Berlusconi, even though it is now facing a period of great crisis, both from a political and a moral point of view.
The Parliament majority is there, even though the Parliament itself is blocked by very vulgar blackmail mechanisms. [video]

We asked Giuseppe if in his opinion the DDL Wiretappings will pass: the Prime Minister's project seems to be to close every hatchway, avoid an informed public debate and limit the possibility of expressing critics on the base of real data.
The public television service is already paying a great price, with the most troublesome journalists leaving Rai and Mediaset. [video]

For politics that has lost its goals, it is necessary to find new interpreters, free and with a functional deadline, for example a limit to the number of mandates they can candidate for.
We talked about a possibly better model of electoral law, that Giuseppe has identified in the "majority" system, as for mayor election, a model that might guarantee a better guvernability and a more informed and elaborated choice.
Even with the Calderoli Law, known as Porcellum, it would be possible to find a viable solution: it would only be necessary to choose members of Parliament with the primary elections, but this proposal has never been applied. [video]

In conclusion Giuseppe has talked about the points of his digital agenda for Italy, of his idea of Europe, of retirement pensions and temporary employment, expressing his opinion regarding the solutions that might solve the problems relative to these topics.

Qualche giorno fa abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistare Dino Amenduni, giornalista e blogger su Il Fatto Quotidiano.

Dino ha tracciato un quadro lucidissimo della situazione del giornalismo attualmente in Italia, contraddistinta da due dinamiche divergenti: quella dei giornalisti cosiddetti tradizionali e quella di tantissime figure professionali, in molti casi non giornalisti "puri", che fanno informazione entrando in uno scenario in cui non sarebbe stato possibile entrare fino a pochi anni fa senza un editore (di giornale o televisivo che fosse). Nonostante questo, secondo l'opinione di Dino, nel lungo periodo sarà possibile individuare le firme più autorevoli e credibili a prescindere dal mezzo utilizzato.
Per quel che riguada il giornalismo televisivo, ci sono altri aspetti da considerare: da un lato i tempi televisivi sono molto diversi dai tempi del web (il telegiornale, ad esempio, ha dei tempi prestabiliti in fasce orarie fisse), dall'altro i talk show politici soffrono di un eccesso di polarizzazione del dibattito.

Raramente infatti la discussione porta a una proposta concreta o a un punto di contatto, ma rimane incentrata su fatti non dimostrabili e guerre di dati e interpretazione di dati: una soluzione che integri gli strumenti del web, in maniera da arricchire il dibattito, secondo Dino è molto probabilmente il destino della televisione. Abbiamo parlato della recente manovra finanziaria, vista come un insieme di necessità di ordine generale e l'adozione di alcune scelte politiche che nulla avevano a che fare con la manovra (articolo 8 sulle contrattazioni collettive di lavoro ad esempio).
Da questo punto di vista il parere di Dino è negativo, in quanto l'accanimento contro le fasce più deboli lascia trasparire la volontà di far scemare la possibilità effettiva di informarsi e partecipare attivamente alla vita pubblica. [video]

Abbiamo chiesto anche qualche considerazione rispetto all'intervista a Terry De Nicolò, che Dino ha analizzato in dettaglio sia dal punto di vista contenutistico che da quello del linguaggio.
Si tratta fondamentalmente di un quadro fedele di quella che è l'antropologia del sistema di potere berlusconiano, raccontato da una persona che lo conosce bene e inoltre condiviso da una parte non indifferente della popolazione italiana. [video]

Naturalmente abbiamo parlato anche della dieta mediatica di Dino, della situazione degli immigrati, del giornalismo online, utilizzo dei social media da parte di figure politiche, gli attriti tra Lega e PdL e molto altro. [video]

Intervistato.com | Dino Amenduni

A few days ago we had the pleasure of interviewing Dino Amenduni, Italian journalist and blogger on Il Fatto Quotidiano.

Dino has described in a very clear manner the situation of journalism in Italy, which is characterized by two dynamics: the traditional journalists and the numerous professionals, often not pure journalists, who make information and enter a scenario which wouldn't have been available until a few years ago without an editor (newspaper or television). [video]

Nevertheless, in Dino's opinion, in the long term it will be possible to isolate the most influential and believable signatures regardless of the utilized medium.
As for television journalism, there are other aspects to consider: on the one hand, tv timings are very different than web timings (the news journal, for example, has established times and stable time windows), on the other hand political talk shows suffer from an excess of debate polarization.

Very rarely the discussion actually brings a proposal or a contact point, but it remains anchored to facts that cannot be proved and data with infinite interpretations: a solution that integrates the tools of the web, so that the discussion can be enriched, in Dino's opinion will most probably be the destiny of television. [video]

We've talked about the recent financial maneuver, seen as a series of general needs and the adoption of some political choices that have nothing to do with the actual maneuver (article 8 about the collective contracts, for example).
From this point of view, Dino's opinion is quite negative, because the obstinacy in attacking the lower classes might indicate the will to diminish people's possibility of being informed and participating to the public life. [video]

We have also asked some considerations about the interview with Terry De Nicolò, which Dino has analyzed in detail, both from a content and a linguistic point of view.
It's basically a precise description of the anthropology of the Berlusconi power system, in the words of a woman who knows it very well and shared by an important part of the Italian population. [video]

Of course, we talked about Dino's media diet, the situation of immigrates, online journalism, social media use by politicians, difficulties between Lega and PdL, and much more. [video]
