Domani avremo il piacere di intervistare Antonio Pavolini, attualmente Senior Analyst nella divisione Media Industry - Innovation & Industry Relations di Telecom Italia.

Dopo essersi laureato in Scienze Politiche all'Università La Sapienza di Roma, ha svolto un periodo di stage presso il Financial Times a Londra, per poi diventare collaboratore de Il Sole 24 Ore.

Antonio lavora da oltre 15 anni nel settore dei media. Dopo una serie di esperienze presso affermate multinazionali delle PR, come Burson-Marsteller e Brodeur, è stato Responsabile della Comunicazione in Saritel (Gruppo Telecom Italia), per poi curare le attività di Marketing Communications in IT Telecom, l'azienda del Gruppo impegnata nel mercato dei Servizi di Certificazione Digitale.

Dal 2009 si occupa, nell'ambito della funzione Strategy del Gruppo Telecom Italia, dell'analisi degli scenari e dell'elaborazione delle strategie nel settore dei Media.
Dal 2011, nell'ambito della funzione Innovazione, si occupa di valutare potenziali partnership con start-up impegnate in progetti di creazione e distribuzione di contenuti multimediali.

Esperto delle issues del mercato dell’Information & Communication Technology, partecipa regolarmente come relatore a eventi sui nuovi media e sul Web 2.0, come il Telco 2.0 Executive Brainstorming, il Mobile Media Symposium, e i vari BarCamp nazionali e internazionali.

Oltre a svolgere docenze e collaborazioni in ambito accademico, dal 2008 è membro del Teaching Committee del Master Universitario in Marketing Management (MUMM) della Facoltà di Economia e Commercio dell’Università “La Sapienza” di Roma”.

Nel 2007, insieme a Daniela Apollonio, ha condotto per Radio Imago “Proxy Bar”, una trasmissione settimanale dedicata alle culture digitali. Nel 2008, insieme a Marco Traferri ha ideato e condotto “Mutazioni Digitali”, un talk show in onda online incentrato sul confronto tra esponenti dei mainstream media e dei nuovi media.

Nel 2010-2011 ha ideato e condotto “Conversational“, trasmissione radiofonica omonima al suo blog, in onda su Radio Popolare Roma nel corso della quale ha esplorato, con ospiti in studio e in collegamento telefonico, l’impatto dei social media nell’economia, nella cultura, nella politica e nella vita quotidiana delle persone.

Avremo modo di parlare di new media, convergenza tra media e possibili scenari futuri, giusto per citare alcuni temi.

Tomorrow we'll have the pleasure of interviewing Antonio Pavolini, currently Senior Analyst in the Media Industry - Innovation & Industry Relations division in Telecom Italia.

After the degree in Political Science at the University La Sapienza in Rome, he did his internship at the Financial Times in London, and then became a contributor for Il Sole 24 Ore.

Antonio has been working for 15 years in the field of media. After a series of experiences in important multinationals of PR, like Burson-Marsteller and Brodeur, he has been the Responsible for Communication in Saritel (Gruppo Telecom Italia), and then managed the activities of Marketing Communications in IT Telecom, a company of the group which was dedicated to the market of Digital Certification Services.

In 2009 he started working in the Strategy function of the Telecom Italia Group, dealing with scenario analysis and elaboration of strategies in the Media sector.
In 2011 he started working in the Innovation function, in which he evaluates potential partnerships with start-ups that deal with creation projects and distribution of multimedia content.

He is an expert of the issues of the market of Information & Communication Technology, and he participates regularly as a speaker in events on new media and Web 2.0, such as Telco 2.0 Executive Brainstorming, the Mobile Media Symposium as well as in several national and international Barcamps.

In addition to teaching and collaborating with universities, since 2008 he has been member of the Teaching Committee of the Master in Marketing Management of the Faculty of Economy and Commerce of the University La Sapienza in Rome.

In 2007, together with Daniela Apollonio, he conducted "Proxy Bar" for Radio Imago, a weekly broadcast dedicated to digital cultures. In 2008, together with Marco Traferri he created and conducted "Digital Mutations", a talk show broadcasted online which focused on the parallel between representatives of mainstream media and new media.

In 2010-2011 he created and conducted Conversational, broadcasted by Radio Popolare Roma, during which he has explored, with guests inside the studio and on the telephone, the impact of social media in economy, culture, politics and people's every day lives.

We'll have the chance to talk about new media, convergence of media and possible future scenarios, just to name a few topics.

Prossimamente: Giulia Innocenzi @giuliainnocenzi

Fra poche ore avremo il piacere di intervistare Giulia Innocenzi, giornalista nota conduttrice di Generazione Zero, lo spazio dedicato ai giovani nella trasmissione di Michele Santoro, Annozero.

Nata a Rimini nel 1984, da madre inglese e padre umbro, ha completato gli studi scientifici per poi partecipare a un programma di scambio culturale che l'ha portata per un anno a Las Vegas. Rientrata in Italia, si è trasferita a Roma dove ha frequentato la facoltà di Scienze Politiche alla LUISS.

E' stata in Erasmus a L'Institut d'études politiques Sciences Po di Parigi, per poi cominciare a lavorare all'Associazione Luca Coscioni, che non ha più lasciato. Durante l'estate del 2007 ha lavorato al Parlamento Europeo a Bruxelles, presso gli uffici degli on. Cappato e Pannella.

Si è laureata alla triennale con una tesi sulle quote rosa e alla specialistica in Amministrazione Pubblica, sempre alla LUISS, con una tesi sulla partitocrazia. E' stata rappresentante al consiglio di facoltà di Scienze Politiche, responsabile dell'informazione di Radio Luiss e caporedattrice del giornale universitario.

Nel settembre del 2008 si è candidata a Segretario dei Giovani Democratici, una campagna elettorale che l'ha vista battersi per il rispetto delle regole, la democrazia interna dei partiti e il principio della libertà di associazione. E' arrivata seconda, con 12.000 voti.
E' stata membro di giunta di Radicali Italiani e Presidente degli Studenti Luca Coscioni.

Da dicembre 2008 a giugno 2009 ha condotto "Punto G" su Red TV, per poi spostarsi su Rai 2 come conduttrice di Generazione Zero per la quinta e sesta edizione di Annozero.

Attualmente frequenta il Phd in Political Theory alla LUISS, con l'obiettivo di trovare, anche grazie alla sua tesi di dottorato, degli strumenti alternativi ai partiti per la partecipazione democratica dei cittadini.
Inoltre è la responsabile italiana di Avaaz.org, la comunità globale di mobilitazione on-line con quasi 10 milioni di membri in tutto il mondo di cui oltre mezzo milione in Italia.

E' uscito nell'estate del 2011 è uscito il suo primo libro, Meglio fottere (che farsi comandare da questi), edito da Editori Internazionali Riuniti.

Avremo modo di parlare della situazione della politica italiana, del giornalismo televisivo, di partiti, quote rosa e giovani, giusto per citare alcuni argomenti.

Coming up soon: Giulia Innocenzi

In just a few hours we'll have the pleasure of interviewing Giulia Innocenzi, famous journalist and conducter of Generazione Zero, the space dedicated to young people in Michele Santoro's show, Annozero.

Born in Rimini in 1984, to an English mother and Italian father, she completed her scientific studies and participated in a cultural exchange program that brought her to Las Vegas for one year.
When she returned in Italy, she moved to Rome where she attended the Faculty of Political Sciences at LUISS University.

She was in Erasmus at the L'Institut d'études politiques Sciences Po in Paris, and then she started working for the Luca Coscioni Association, which she never left. During the summer of 2007 she worked at the European Parliament in Bruxelles, in Mr. Cappato and Mr. Pannella's offices.

She graduated with a thesis on female quotas and she specialized in Public Administration at LUISS with a thesis on partitocracy. She was representative at the Faculty Council of Political Sciences, responsible for information at Radio LUISS and head editor of the University newspaper.

In September 2008 she candidated for the place of Secretary of Young Democrats, a campaign that saw her fight for the respect of rules, internal democracy in parties and the principle of freedom of association. She arrived second, with 12.000 votes.
She has been member of the council of Italian Radicals and President of Students Luca Coscioni.

From December 2008 to June 2009 she conducted "G Spot" on Red TV, and then she moved to Rai 2 as the conductor of Generazione Zero for the fifth and sixth edition of Annozero.

She is now attending the Phd in Political Theory at LUISS with the goal of finding, thanks to her doctorate thesis, some alternative tools other than parties for the democratic participation of citizens.
She is also the Italian responsible for Avaaz.org, the online mobilitation community with almost 10 milion members in all the world, of which more than half a milion in Italy.

During the summer of 2011 she published her first book,  Meglio fottere (che farsi comandare da questi), with Editori Internazionali Riuniti.

We'll have the chance to talk about Italian politics, tv journalism, parties, female quotas and young people, just to name a few topics.
