#Comizidamore: allarme xenofobia, nonostante @LauraBoldrini

Il refrain è il solito: «prima gli italiani!» ed è il classico slogan xenofobo, dettato spesso da una acuta disperazione, rinfocolato dalle destre rozze e irresponsabili, che soffiano sul fuoco della crisi per acquisire consenso con estrema facilità. 

Uno slogan rivolto, in questi giorni, soprattutto a Rom e immigrati, bersagli mobili per ogni frustrazione della società. Due episodi mi hanno colpito, negli ultimi giorni: le schifose polemiche riguardanti la neo Presidentessa della Camera, Laura Boldrini, e il Sindaco di Milano, Giuliano Pisapia.

La prima è, incredibilmente, «accusata» di essersi occupata solo dei disperati sparsi in ogni zona dimenticata del mondo e non dei disagiati italiani (come se aiutare esseri umani con una origine diversa, fosse meno apprezzabile). Il secondo, Pisapia, è stato accusato da "Libero" di voler spendere 700mila euro per 20 prefabbricati destinate a famiglie di etnìa Rom, per il piano nomadi del Comune di Milano. Una balla colossale, ovviamente. Perché il piano del Comune prevede lo sblocco di fondi statali ed europei, destinati proprio all'integrazione delle etnìe nomadi nelle nostre città.

Eppure, quello slogan tanto efficace, dimostra di essere - come ogni slogan razzista - privo di fondamento. Perché se pensiamo alle mitiche case popolari (quelle poche abitabili e costruite fin qui, dopo un ventennio di rallentamento dell'edilizia pubblica), solo il 10% di esse, in media, è destinato a famiglie extracomunitarie. E i tanto vituperati Rom e Sinti? Beh, i primi sono composti da una popolazione molto giovane e l'80% di essi possiede la cittadinanza italiana. I secondi, dopo migrazioni di centinaia d'anni e migliaia di chilometri, vivono stabilmente nella nostra Penisola dalla metà del 1400. Dunque, possiamo affermare - senza possibilità di smentita - che Rom e Sinti sono italiani come e più dei vari fascistelli che affollano il web e le nostre città sempre più intolleranti e violente. E comunque, la nostra Costituzione è chiarissima in merito: lo Stato deve garantire eguali diritti ed opportunità a tutti i suoi cittadini, senza alcuna discriminazione. Ergo, i servizi sociali vanno erogati a chi più ne ha bisogno, italiano o straniero che sia.

Affermate queste pure e semplici verità, è bene dire che questa crisi economica sta falcidiando anche la nostra civiltà, mettendoci gli uni contro gli altri. Per un tozzo di pane, in preda alla disperazione, diventiamo belve feroci privi di ogni ragionevolezza. E allora il nemico non è più il grande evasore, il corruttore o il corrotto, le grandi banche e la finanza, ma l'immigrato, il Rom, un emarginato come e più di noi. Un soggetto semplice da bersagliare con la propria disperazione e la propria frustrazione. Ecco che a ragionare non è più il cervello, ma il basso ventre.

Come al solito, l'unica via d'uscita possibile è rappresentata dal ruolo della politica: serve alleviare certe tensioni cercando di dare soluzioni che aiutino tutti, senza favoritismi né discriminazioni di sorta. Perché bianco o nero, slavo o italiano, il sangue che scorre nelle nostre vene è sempre rosso, quello umano.

Discrimination and xenophobia in spite of Boldrini

The refrain is the usual one: "the Italians first!" and is the classical xenophobical slogan, often dictated by an acute despair, nurtured by the irresponsible, rough right wings, which blow on the fire of the crisis in order to acquire consensus with extreme ease. A slogan that is adressed, during these days, especially to Rom and immigrants, mobile targets for every frustration of the society. Two episodes have truly shaken me, during these last few days: the ugly discussions about the neo President of the Chamber, Laura Boldrini, and the mayor of Milan, Giuliano Pisapia.

The first is, incredibly, accused of dealing only with the desperate people around the world and not with the Italian people who have problems (as if helping human beings who have different origins is to be appreciated less). The second, Pisapia, has been accused by "Libero" of wanting to spend 700.000 euro for 20 homes destined to Rom families, for the nomade plan of the City of Milan. A colossal lie, obviously. Because the plan of the City requires the access to state and European funds, which are destined to the integration of nomade ethnicities in our cities.

And yet, this slogan that is so effective, proves to be - as every racist slogan - without fundament. Because if we think at the popular houses (the few ones that can be used and built until now, after twenty years of slowing down of public building), only 10% of them, on average, is destined to foreign families. And the Rom and Sinti?

The first want to reopen the game definitely, creating that political box that can mix the leftwing identity and the indispensable governmental vocation, which allows the political activity to be more than a mere act of testimony; the latter, at least the part that is more on the left, feel more and more the need to get rid of that Renzi connected left, which is growing more and more uncomfortable at an ideologic and strategic level.

Because, let's not hide it: this country is how it is because during the last few years the left wing has been absent. The left wing that was there and that is here now, has always been divided between the fake reformist and the elitary, confused and irrilevant one, the so called "extreme left wing". The birth of SEL has broken this pattern and during these last two years and a half we've seen a real change: in cities like Milan, Cagliari, Rieti, Genua and in regions like Puglia, SEL has been capable to overthrow the great PD and elect as heads of these cities and that great region of the South one of its own administrators.

As always, the only way out is represented by the role of politics: we need to lighten certain tensions trying to give solutions that help everyone, without favoritisms nor discriminations. Because either white or black, Italian or not, the blood flowing in our veins is always red, the human blood.

Corsi: ricorsi storici

Ormai è chiaro a tutti che Don Piero Corsi, oltre a essere un personaggio infido, rancoroso, egoista, in poche parole un prete, è anche un palese caso umano. Uno dei pochissimi individui, nella schiera dei suoi pari, che si eccita a vedere le donne, specialmente se in abiti succinti. 

E, badate bene, a un personaggio così facilmente arrapabile hanno affidato una parrocchia in un posto turistico di mare, dove notoriamente gli esseri umani si bardano di tutto punto! E dunque i casi sono due: o si tratta di sfiga clamorosa, oppure le Autorità ecclesiastiche non capiscono una cippa. Propenderei per la seconda ipotesi, che oltretutto considero una certezza.

Ora, vorrei vedere voi nei suoi panni (no, scherzo, non vi augurerei mai una cosa del genere): questo qui si vede donne mezze ignude per sei mesi all'anno, e ha fatto voto di castità; e cosa più demenziale di tutte, intende pure rispettarlo! Almeno, così sembrerebbe.

D'accordo, cazzate in questo articolo ne ho già scritte abbastanza.
E allora diciamo le cose come stanno: questo prete, al di là della bigotteria consona al suo ruolo, oltre allo sprezzo dell'altrui povertà (maltrattò un clochard), pretende che le donne si abbiglino secondo i suoi desideri, perché egli vive il proprio voto di castità come un tormento insopportabile?

Non una grande novità, in realtà, è atteggiamento storicamente tipico di Santa Romana Chiesa, e ogni tanto si riaffaccia alla ribalta.
Ma invece una bella sega no???

Non deve preoccuparsi, il devoto: la cecità è acquisibile più facilmente a forza di leggere Breviarii scritti in caratteri dimensione 2, piuttosto che per qualche banale manustuprazione.
Comunque sia, è inammissibile pretendere dagli altri comportamenti che favoriscano scelte contronatura quali la castità. Se vuoi evitare il sesso, cazzi (casti) tuoi, ma rimanga una questione tra te e te (come l'autoerotismo, appunto).

Oppure fregatene. In senso lato.

Corsi: historical returns

It's clear to everyone that Don Piero Corsi, beside being a not trustworthy, selfish, rancorous person, in a word a priest, is also clearly a human case. One of the few people, among his peers, who enjoys seeing women, especially when not very dressed.

And, attention, to a person who is so easily exciteable they have given a parish in a place on the seaside, where clearly people are covered up all year. So the cases are two: this is either an incredible misfortune, or the Church authorities don't understand anything. I'd say the second hypothesis, which I by the way consider a certainty.

Now, I'd like to see you in his shoes (no, I'm joking, I'd never want anything like that): this guy sees half naked women for 6 months a year, and he's voted himself to chastity; and the most incredible thing of all is that he also intends to respect it! Or at least, it would seem like it.

Alright, I've already written a bunch of stupid stuff in this article.
Then let's say how things truly are: this priest, beyond the normal bigotry embedded in his role, beyond the lack of respect of other people's poverty (he beat a clochard), he also wants women to dress according to his wishes, because he lives his chastity as an unbearable torment?

Not great news, to be honest, it's a behavior that is historically typical for the Church, and every now and then comes back to the surface. What about a nice handjob?

He shouldn't be too worried: blindness is more easily acquired by reading prayer books written in size 2 rather than for some trivial handwork. However, it is unacceptable to pretend from others behaviors that favor choices against nature such as chastity. If you want to avoid sex, it's your damn business, but let it stay a matter between you and yourself (just like masturbation).

Or just stop caring.

100 quote rosse, il #femminicidio in Italia

Li senti i telegiornali nel loro morboso ma preoccupante conteggio, 96, 97, 98, 99. No, non sono numeri al lotto, ne tanto meno sono le cifre di un qualche attentato o dei caduti in una qualche guerra. No, è il numero delle donne vittime di violenza uccise  dall'inizio dell'anno. 

Ma non siamo a Ciudad Juárez, non siamo nello stato messicano di Chihuahua, zona di cartelli del narcotraffico come gli Zetas, dove la violenza e la recrudescenza dei crimini contro le donne negli ultimi anni ha raggiunto livelli terrificanti.

Siamo in Italia. Un paese dove, nonostante da anni si sventolino concetti come pari opportunità, diritti delle donne, quote rosa, ancora si è fatto veramente poco, e il conto non si fa tanto sul rosa quanto sul rosso del sangue versato, le nostre quote rosse. Eppure basta fare una ricerca in rete, con Google, per ritrovare pagine e pagine di giornali che ad ogni decina (si, si va a decine) scrivono della questione. Nel solo anno 2011 le donne uccise in Italia sono state più di 130, per lo più tra le mura domestiche, vittime di quegli stessi famigliari o compagni e fidanzati. Alla fine di gennaio 2012 le donne uccise erano già 12.

Del secondo video, più esteso, vi ripropongo un passaggio che dice che spesso queste violenze sono

solo la punta estrema di una violenza endemica però, che attraversa l’intero Paese contro le donne. Perché parlo di violenza endemica? Lo dicono i numeri dell’unica ricerca fatta dall’Istat nel 2007 sui casi di violenza del 2006 che parlano di quasi 5 milioni di donne che, almeno una volta nella vita, hanno subito violenza. E’ una media, quindi ci sono delle donne che la violenza la subiscono tutti i giorni. 5 milioni, vi rendete conto? È il 39% della popolazione femminile, una donna su 3, sono dati enormi, considerando poi il fatto che il 93% delle donne neanche denunciano i loro partner, che cioè c’è un sommerso enorme, stiamo parlando di numeri che coinvolgono l’intera nostra società, la coinvolgono tutta, coinvolgono il nostro modo di intendere il ruolo della donna nel nostro paese.

E' dunque prima di tutto una questione di cultura, ma nel nostro paese in questo senso viene a mancare. L'immagine della donna è stata negli ultimi anni sminuita e demolita, resa spesso escamotage fine solo alla vendita. Dalla pubblicità ai programmi TV, passando per i box morbosi alla destra dei giornali online fino alla politica.

Nel suo rapporto 2012 Amnesty International riporta: "A luglio, il Comitato Cedaw ha reso pubbliche le proprie osservazioni conclusive, sollecitando l’Italia, tra le varie cose, a introdurre politiche per superare la rappresentazione delle donne come oggetti sessuali e per mettere in discussione gli stereotipi sul ruolo di uomini e donne nella società e nella famiglia".

Questo è un paese dove i paradossi la fanno da padrone, se è vero che è stato proprio il ministero delle pari opportunità  del governo Berlusconi a creare la prima legge in merito, il piano nazionale antiviolenza (qui nello specifico il testo del piano). Lo stesso governo che ha fatto della figura della donna una macchietta pronta per essere estratta a mo di battuta sconcia nelle più svariate occasioni.

C'è poi da riflettere sulla scarsità di fondi spesso denunciata cui i progetti in questione hanno accesso. Senza una adeguata rete formata da centri antiviolenza, formazione sociosanitaria, legale e delle forze dell'ordine, ma anche culturale sulla materia, molti dei trattati ai sensi pratici risulteranno vani. Ma lo stato, le istituzioni cosa stanno facendo? In questo senso il ministro Fornero ha preso impegno sia per i fondi, sia con la firma della Convenzione di Istanbul contro la violenza sulle donne dopo il via libera del senato che si è trovato d'accordo anche nel richiedere al governo celerità nella sua ratifica (per gli interessati il rapporto stenografico sulla seduta)

Fra poco più di un mese, il 25 novembre, si celebrerà l'annuale Giornata internazionale per l'eliminazione della violenza contro le donne. Un giorno in cui le istituzioni, gli enti, le organizzazioni, promuoveranno eventi e attività per denunciare la violenza di genere.

Ma per allora, ancora una volta, il nostro paese avrà già versato le sue 100 quote rosse.

100 red quotas, femminicide in Italy

You hear it in the news with their worrying and morbid count, 96, 97, 98, 99. No, it's not the lottery numbers, nor the number of the casualties in a war. No, it's the number of the women victims of violence, killed since the beginning of the year.

We're not in Ciudad Juárez, though, nor in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, area of narcotraffic cartells like the Zetas, where violence against women in the last few years has reached terrifying peaks.

We're in Italy. A country where, in spite of the fact that for years concepts as women's rights and pink quotas have been advertised, little has actually been done, and the count isn't on the pink as on the red of the shed blood, our red quotas. And yet it's enough to do a research online, with Google, to find pages and pages of newspapers that at every ten (yes, it works like that), they write about the matter. Only in 2011 the women killed in Italy have been more than 130, most in their homes, victims of their families or boyfriends. At the end of January 2012 the women killed were already 12.

I found a couple of videos where Alessio Jacona gives a few numbers from the book "If these are men - the women massacre".

From the second video, which is longer, here's a passage that says that often these violences are

only the peak of an endemic violence, which runs through the entire country against women. Why do I talk about endemic violence? The numbers of the only research done by Istat in 2007 on cases of violence in 2006 talk about almost 5 milion women that, at least once in their lives, have been victims of violence. It's an average, so there are women who suffer it every day. 5 milion, do you realize that? It's 39% of the female population, one woman every 3, that's huge, considering that 93% of women don't even press charges, there's an enormous submerged situation, we're talking about numbers that involve our whole society, they change our way to understand the role of women in our country.

It's first of all a matter of culture, but in our country in this sense we have nothing. The image of the woman has been diminished and demolished, turned into an escamotage for selling. From advertising to TV programs, through morbid boxes at the right of online newspapers, arriving to politics.

In its 2012 report Amnesty International states: "In July, the Cedaw Committe has published the conclusive observations, asking Italy, among other things, to introduce politics for overcoming the representation of women as sexual objects and to put in discussion the stereotypes on the roles of men and women in society and family."

This is a country where paradox is king, if it is true that it has been the Ministery of equal opportunities of the Berlusconi government to create the first law about it, the national antiviolence plan. The same government that has turned the figure of the women into a jolly, ready to be pulled out like a dirty joke in the most absurd situations.

There's a lot to think about on the scarcity of funds, often denounced, to which the projects have access. Without an adequate web of antiviolence centres, sociosanitary formation, legal counseling and law enforcement support, but also cultural basics on the matter, many of the treaties will be vane at the practical state. But what are the institutions doing about it? In this sense Minister Forner has taken charge of the funds, and of the signature of the Istanbul Convention against violence on women after the ok of the Senate that has agreed on asking the government for speed in ratifying it.

In about one month, on November the 25th, we will celebrate the annual International Day for the Elimination of Violence on Women. A day in which institutions, organizations and privates will promote events and activities to stop this kind of violence.

But until then, yet again, our country will have already given its 100 red quotas.
