Fra pochi giorni intervisteremo Fabio Chiusi, giornalista e blogger italiano conosciuto per essere l'autore del blog Il Nichilista.

Con un master in filosofia della scienza della London School of Economics e una approfondita conoscenza della situazione politica ed economica del nostro paese, Fabio è uno dei giornalisti più promettenti nel panorama giornalistico italiano.

E' l'autore di Ti odio su Facebook, che egli stesso descrive come l'analisi di "una concezione banalizzante e allarmistica dell’odio politico che si salda alla scarsa dimestichezza – quando non alla pura e semplice incompetenza – di parte del giornalismo italiano per quanto riguarda le dinamiche della Rete", e di Nessun segreto – Guida minima a WikiLeaks, l’organizzazione che ha cambiato per sempre il rapporto tra internet, informazione e potere.
"Il volume è diviso in tre parti. Nella prima c’è una storia essenziale delle vicende riguardanti Julian Assange e WikiLeaks. Nella seconda viene offerto qualche spunto per comprendere la filosofia dell’organizzazione e il dibattito scaturito intorno al suo significato a livello globale. Nella terza alcuni temi sono approfonditi in due lunghi colloqui con Micah Sifry e Gabriella Coleman."

Oltre a tenere il blog Il Nichilista, uno dei più importanti blog di attualità italiani, è redattore del quotidiano online Lettera43 e collabora con il settimanale L’Espresso.

Coming up soon: Fabio Chiusi

In a few days we are going to interview Fabio Chiusi, Italian journalist and blogger best known as the author of Il Nichilista.

With a Master's degree in Philosophy of Science from LSE and a profound knowledge of of the political and economical situation in Italy, Fabio is one of the most promising journalists in the Italian journalistic scenario.

He is the author of I hate you on Facebook, that he describes as an analysis of "a trivializing and allarmistic concept of political hate that goes along with the scarce familiarity - whenever it's not plain and simple incompentence - of part of the Italian journalism when it comes to Web dynamics", and of No secrets - Minimal guide to Wikileaks, the organization that has changed the relationship between Internet, information and power, forever.
"The book is divided in three parts. In the first one there is an essential story of the events regarding Julian Assange and Wikileaks. In the second there are several cues to understanding the philosophy of the organization and the debate around its meaning at a global level. In the third some of the topics are treated in a more detailed manner in two long conversations with Micah Sifry and Gabriella Coleman."

In addition to writing on the blog Il Nichilista, one of the most important actuality blogs in Italy, he is editor of the online newspaper Lettera43 and he collaborates with L'Espresso.

We'll have the chance to talk about the topics that are percevied as the most critical, especially in Italy: from the impact of Wikileaks on Italian journalism to common beliefs about social networks, to actuality and the recents events that are changing the world.

Prossimamente: Arianna Ciccone @_arianna

La nostra prossima intervistata sarà Arianna Ciccone, giornalista italiana nota per essere la co-fondatrice del Festival del Giornalismo di Perugia, che sarebbe più corretto chiamare International Journalism Festival.

Laureata in Filosofia all'Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II', si trasferisce in Umbria dove comincia ad occuparsi attivamente di giornalismo. E' la co-fondatrice dell'agenzia di comunicazione "Il Filo di Arianna", nata nel 2000.

Nel 2006 fonda, insieme a Christopher Potter, il Festival del Giornalismo di Perugia, destinato a diventare in pochi anni il più importante evento giornalistico in Italia. L’edizione del 2010 con oltre 120 eventi distribuiti in cinque giorni, 300 speakers, più di 250 giornalisti, blogger, freelance accreditati e oltre 200 volontari da tutto il mondo ha registrato in totale circa 30.000 presenze, tra cui nomi come Al Gore e Roberto Saviano.
Dato che l'evento è stato pubblicizzato soltanto attraverso i social media, il successo ottenuto è ancora più strabiliante.

Nel 2010 Arianna, insieme ad altri collaboratori, apre il sito Valigia Blu, che prende il nome dalla valigia usata per trasportare le 154.000 firme di cittadini alla redazione della RAI dopo la notizia (falsa) della assoluzione di Mills, che in realtà era una prescrizione.
Come Arianna stessa scrive sul sito, Valigia Blu continuerà a viaggiare e "a far sentire la voce di cittadini perbene che vogliono portare avanti una battaglia culturale per un'informazione corretta, una Rai libera dai partiti, e tutto questo utilizzando un linguaggio che recuperi la bellezza della parola, senza sberleffi, senza nomignoli, senza urla, senza barzellette, senza aggressività, ma con determinazione, rispetto e trasparenza."

Avremo l'occasione di chiacchierare con lei, emblema di un modo di fare giornalismo straordinariamente vicino ai cittadini.

Our next interview will be with Arianna Ciccone, an Italian journalist from Naples, famous for being the co-founder of the International Journalism Festival in Perugia.

After the degree in Philosophy at the Federico II University of Naples, she moved to Umbria where she enters the world of journalism. She is also the co-founder of the communication agency "Arianna's Thread", which was founded in 2000.

In 2006 she co-founded the International Journalism Festival in Perugia, together with Christopher Potter. The event grows to be the most important journalistic event in Italy. The 2010 edition was a mindblowing success with more than 120 events in 5 days, 300 speakers, more than 250 journalists, bloggers, freelance and more than 200 volunteers from all over the world. The participants were about 30.000, counting names as Al Gore and Roberto Saviano.
Since the event was only publicized using social media, the success it obtained is even more amazing.

In 2010 Arianna and other collaborators open the website "Blue Suitcase", which takes the name of the suitcase she used to carry 154.000 citizen signatures to RAI, after the national TV channel communicated the false news of Mills' "not guilty" verdict, when in fact the offense was prescripted.
As Arianna herself writes on the website, "Blue Suitcase" will continue to travel and make the voice of decent citizens heard, people who want to continue this cultural battle for correct information, a free from parties RAI, using a language that discovers the beauty of words again, without making a face at somebody, without nicknames, without screaming, without jokes, without aggressiveness, but with determination, respect and transparency.

We'll have the chance to talk with her, the symbol of a new journalism, extraordinarily close to the citizens.
